NO LIMIT FOREVER PRODUCER Hailing from the streets of New Orleans, La. Now living in Phoenix Az Slugg500 is poised to set the music industry on fire.

Starting his musical attributes at the tender age of 7 years old when he wrote his first rap. He also was playing the drums for the church.  During this time he was also introduce to making beat by his uncle who had a home studio. By the time he was 14 he had his own studio. You couldn’t pull him away from that computer. He made his first beats on fruity loops. By the time he was 16 and living in Montgomery Al he had his own rap group YGB which consisted of jslugg, 38 hott and trick. They did shows through out the south. You could always turn the radio on and hear there local hit down in the slumps. Or there famous choo choo hit. Moving back to New Orleans to further his music career hurricane Katrina hit.

Moving to Phoenix Az with his mother he set shop back up hitting the streets. Jslugg ate slept and live for his music. He eventually hook up with some locals and started another group. They did shows at the loft jug heads the sets the list goes on. He was called the baby Wayne of Az. He opened up for many acts including Rick Ross Soulja Boy Young Jeezy YGB yo gotti to name a few. Moving to Phoenix az jslugg500 notice how different it was out here. They did not support there local hip-hop. If you was not from az or in the circle they was not letting you.

2007, J-Slugg signed a record deal with Big Rig Records with a group known as the Gwap Boyz 504. They took to the road, traveling and making a name for themselves in other cities nationwide such as: Houston, TX, New Orleans, LA, and Los Angeles, CA. The group was very close; Young Skippa, Stix, and Slugg called each other brothers. As time continued, their manager and exclusive producer Reggie “Pop” Anders took The Gwap Boys on the never-ending roller coaster ride of there lifes. Close to receiving a major label record deal in 2009, J-Slugg’s contract was breached over money exchanging and the jealousy felt towards him. The Gwap Boyz 504 were no more, but Slugg always says, “I still love my brothas Skipa and Stixs… I wish we could do it all over again, and do it right.”
In 2011 he dropped “How to rob a local rapper”. Which was a very clever record for that time. People who never heard of slugg wanted to know who he was. What he ate for breakfast that morning. It was pandamania. He had Twitter streets on fire for weeks. Dj John Blaze said he has never had a show with that many listeners when he played the diss track.

In 2013 slugg released another diss track called “Fuck’em”. In the first hour he had over four hundred comments good and bad. But again it was a clever record. This record did what he wanted it to do. The streets was talking. He had people staying up all night to drop diss tracks. I think I heard 30 responses myself. Facebook Twitter instagram all was on fire. People was upset, they couldn’t take az problem child. The dj caught just as much heat as slugg I have never seen anything like this. He started to receive death threats. There was so much controversy surrounding this track. He not only diss rappers, He diss radio personel, host, producers and anyone who was relevant at that time.

He has dropped many streets hits following the diss track. Chi chi get the Yayo feature black Montana. Blowin featuring LV sharp which is in heavy rotation on the radio. Envy, fuck you Yolo to name a few. Jslugg500 long journey of ups and downs has made him more hungry and he continues to break down doors here in Arizona.
