The mnn project consists of Seraphim (Rivne) and Vladyslav (Khmelnytskyi).

Seraph (also known as MAACHINEN) has been making music since the age of 16, graduated from music school with piano, and loves all kinds of games with musical parts and synthesis. Loves to play live, DJed several times on DNBRadio.com as Imp Force and MAACHINEN. Even before the creation of the mnn project, he performed in Rivne, Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa, Ukraine.

Vladyslav has an original taste in music selection and skillfully manages the direction of the project, and is also a DJ who previously performed dark minimal techno under the nickname Vlad Valac.

The mnn project has releases in the past on VISION, Dispatch, Cyberfunk, we are also expecting a release on Impact Music, this will be the first release as mnn with a new line-up.

mnn is focused on modern sounding, the vector of movement is breaking the boundaries, breaking the 4th wall and reaching out with feelings to the listener.

Chicago

Dark Star is a reference to a song by the Grateful Dead which is one of their more free form and experimental songs. I hope to encapsulate that type of vibe in most of my work. Other than that I'd say much of my inspiration comes from music festivals like Summer Camp or Electric Forest. Some other influences on my music are CharlestheFirst, Pink Floyd, Alix Perez, Tsuruda, the outdoors, the duality of existence, and A Tribe Called Quest.  


I hope to create not just bass music or moody Pink Floyd-esqe music but alot of fun music to dance to as well as thought provoking, abstract pieces of art. I know my sound may be all over the place but thank you for tuning in!
