T.Schaui – Groovy techno vibes from the gut, with heart and soul!

T.Schaui stands for laid-back techno or as he says, “techno with the handbrake on”.
But said handbrake is not a guarantee either; sometimes he forgets to hit the brakes...

His sets are a mixture of meticulous preparation and intuitive flow - he tries to find the perfect balance between depth and lightness.
He loves to take the audience on a journey.

Growing up, shaping and living in Leipzig, it all started on his skateboard with a Walkman.
The pauses between tracks or songs, the constant falling out of rhythm while pushing - all because nothing was curated or put together in a set. So he decided to do just that: connect and flow tracks together so he could keep pushing endlessly.
But behind T.Schaui's music there is also a story that is characterized by challenges and a strong will to live. His experiences have inspired him to look at life with optimism and to put his energy into music. This approach makes his sets a real experience – full of feeling, groove and passion.

Even outside of music, T.Schaui remains curious and creative. He is currently studying media design with a focus on marketing and UI development. He is particularly interested in the design of corporate identities and the creative development of brand identities - a versatility that is also reflected in his music.

Ich hatte die große Ehre zum ersten TWOINAROW Open Air im Bahnwärter Thiel ein 4 Std extended Opening Set zu servieren. Die ersten Sonnenstrahlen des Jahres wurden ausgiebig genutzt und mit Sound untermalt :). Musikalisch ist das Ergebnis eine Mischung aus Deep House Klängen, organischen House Beats bis hin zu klassischem House und Afrohouse Flavour. Vielen Dank für die Einladung und an alle die am Start waren, es war wunderbar mit euch!!

Once again, I had the chance to play my favorite floor – the Dampfer – in one of the best clubs in the world.
I played from 3 to 6 AM, and I honestly can’t describe the vibe, the people, and the energy I felt. Every time I play there, it’s so special.
The sound is different on that floor – every track hits in a new way and gives me goosebumps.

This set also meant a lot because it’s been almost exactly one year since I discovered @rive.arte. Back then, he made some amazing visuals of me and the Dampfer that totally blew my mind.
Using one of his new artworks as the cover for this set just felt right – and since then, he’s created so many beautiful covers for other talented DJs. I’m really proud of him. ❤️

I had such a great time playing this set, and it felt so good to reconnect with my sound again.

Mit Doro Freitag besucht uns eine Künstlerin, deren Sets nach Freiheit klingen – nach Trommeln, Didgeridoos, Gitarrenriffs und hypnotischer Magie. Jeder Mix ist eine kleine Reise voller Gefühl durch experimentierfreudige Klangwelten. 🧳

Ihren breitgefächerten Musikgeschmack hört man auch in ihren Sets: Von Organic bis Progressive House, Downtempo, Indie Dance, Nu Disco und Psytechno findet alles seinen Platz. Doch Genregrenzen sind für Doro nur Orientierung – ihre Musik lebt vom Mix, von der Stimmung, vom Moment. Mal lädt sie zum verträumten Abheben ein, mal zum ekstatischen Tanzen ums imaginäre Lagerfeuer. 💃🔥

Bevor sie zur elektronischen Musik kam, war sie tief verwurzelt im Psychedelic Rock und den Oldies der 60er bis 80er. Die rohe Kraft verzerrter Gitarren, kombiniert mit der Tiefe hypnotischer Rhythmen, spiegelt sich heute in ihren Sets wider. Elektronische Musik gab ihr die Möglichkeit, Energie und Atmosphäre zu verbinden und Klangräume zu öffnen, die sich ständig wandeln dürfen – je nach Ort und Publikum. 🌀

An den Decks steht Doro nicht nur, weil sie Musik liebt – sondern weil sie darin einen Ausdruck findet, der über Worte hinausgeht. Mila Stern’s far over a decade-long career as a DJ and producer has taken her from squat parties in Halle (eastern Germany), where she first learned her craft, through the pulsing motley of Tel Aviv, to her adopted home of Berlin and the epicenter of electronic club culture. Her calm, commanding skill as a selector rapidly made her a sought-after artist, with regular appearances at premier festivals like Fusion, Nation of Gondwana, and Garbicz, and residencies at Berlin’s legendary Kater Club and Station Endlos in Halle. Since then, she’s transcended the boundaries of the Berlin underground, bringing her signature style to the international circuit from Mexico to Kazakhstan. Mila delivers a groove-heavy aesthetic that has recently shifted toward deeper, more focused energies — drawing on restrained propulsion, textured sound design, and subtly evolving rhythms. Her selections now balance minimalism and intensity, rooted in the hypnotic but never stuck in genre constraints. What sets her apart is a willingness to embrace unorthodox sonic spaces, explore the beauty in harshness and dissonance, and embed arresting moments in robust, rolling substructures. From her early days, Mila’s sound has been shaped by a sense of counterculture and the urge to break normative boundaries. Her DJ sets — especially long-form closings — encapsulate a vision of rave culture as expressive, eclectic, and non-judgmental. She continues to draw on risqué, narrative-driven tracks and boldly carves out new territory without compromise — even as the context around her evolves. As a DJ, producer, event organizer, former radio host, and label co-founder, she pushes the envelope while rejecting genre dogma. In 2025, Mila co-founded the label MiZi MuZiK with long-time friend and collaborator Mira—a platform shaped by their shared values of autonomy and artistic integrity. While the label and Mila’s current musical direction follow distinct paths, both are rooted in a deep belief in sound that speaks for itself. Few artists balance deep floor energy with such artistic clarity. Mila Stern continues to evolve her sound while remaining grounded in a rave ethos that challenges paradigms and makes space for what lies ahead.
