From Aracaju, Sergipe, Coutto Orchestra is part of the new harvest of brazilian northeastern instrumental music.
Founded in 2010, the micro-big-band mixes the dj culture with the many melodies and fanfarres worldwide, absorbs and brings home from the world the fusion of pop and traditional chants and rhythms: tango, cumbia, Balkan, waltzes, marchs, house and jazz manouche. And takes to the world from home, maracatu de brejão, taiera, marujada and forró.
All to create a huge salad bowl which it calls Eletrofanfarre.
On the stage, six multiinstrumentalists connect technological devices and gadgets to acordeon, percussions, brasses, voices and strings in order to reproduce captivating melodies and punchy beats. Wordless songs linked to projections and lights, causing a festive and imagetic sensation. Inserted in an urban atmosphere and with its fixed roots in street culture.

Playing For Change is a movement created to inspire and connect the world through music. In 2005, producer Mark Johnson created the concept of the Songs Around The World by uniting musicians from many different countries and cultures performing on the same track. Mark and a small crew traveled across 5 continents with a mobile recording studio and cameras with the vision to build a global family through the power of music. The first song released was a version of "Stand By Me" featuring over 35 musicians from 10 countries who had never met in person. Since then, this international version of "Stand By Me" has been viewed over 100 million times online, and the PFC movement has expanded with the creation of the PFC Band, and the PFC Foundation that creates music schools around the world.
