La realtà somiglia ad un fiume che scorre incessante nel mare dei ricordi. In quell'accumulo invisibile che chiamiamo memoria, spesso andiamo in cerca delle nostre cose più care, nell'inane tentativo di non perderle per sempre. "Starting Over" (demo v2)

Made and played by me on August 16 and September 12, 2024, using sounds e.g. from Yamaha Montage 8 (TX816 Electric Piano), Keyscape (Roland MKS-20 EP sound), Arturia Jup-8 V and UVI SonicPass (Emulator II, Marcato Strings sound).

Edited a little on September 12, 2024 (changed melody a bit & added and modified some chords, added some chorus etc.). Mastered with Ozone 11 on September 12, 2024.

I'm also working on an instrumentalized version. Also, this song could maybe use some lyrics, and it is still something I have to look into. All comments would be more than welcome, especially regarding the melody (it seems that good melodies are pretty challenging to develop).

As two sources of inspiration here I could name Luis Miguel's versions of the songs "Toda una vida" (by the great Osvaldo Farrés) and "Ese momento" (by the great Armando Manzanero).
