Revised version of "Das Schloss an der Wupper", an old original composition, that I wrote almost 15 years ago. My source of inspiration was "Schloss Burg", a medieval castle complex originally built in the 12th century near Solingen (Western Germany).

Strictly speaking, a medieval piano piece is a paradox in itself, simply because of the instrument. Nevertheless, I tried to incorporate stylistic elements that are perceived as typically medieval today: parallel fifths and fourths, use of church modes (especially Phrygian), 6/8 time, dotted rhythms, constant pulse of quarter and eighth notes, stepwise progression, root-heavy harmonies, etc.
 
From a music history perspective, very little of this is actually authentic, but that wasn't my intention. The main focus was on the effect.

London Clarke is the author of Gothic suspense and contemporary romance, including rockstar romance novels. Her novel, Island of Lost Things, is the story of rocker Ridge Buchanan and his 20-year romance with Lainey Bounds, an auto mechanic and bartender. Harbor Lights, Ridge’s band, is a hard rock/metal/alternative rock band inspired by Creed, Alter Bridge, and other groups from the '90s and early 2000s. The songs featured here on SoundCloud were created through AI generation to breathe life into the music in the novel.

After working in art, writing & dJing for years, now I'm concentrating on creating my music.

My creative process-  I write my own lyrics,  I come up with the idea and directions for the music and then I produce the songs using an AI tool for the first draft, on which later I, myself, work  in a sound editing program until I get the final track, that I'm happy with.

I have been transposing music in Black Desert Online for years now, I am taking a break and trying something new!

AI-ASSISTED, multi-genre producer from Australia. I co-write concepts with chatGPT (I use AI mostly sanity check, style guides etc. the motives and core lyrics are my own), guide a Suno pass, then rebuild: swap/overdub parts, arrange, add, remove, mix & master, sound effects etc. 

References run from Level 42 and Mike Oldfield to KLF-era rave, drill, garage to the demoscene, I am not much of a fan of country and that hard core stuff, but everything else I <3

Music as a mirror: stories, satire, ideas, thoughts and feelings, From wit to absurdity, from glitch to groove, every track is an experiment in bending AI into something tangible.
