Thoreau wrote that stones are, “a faint and shadowy knowledge of a previous stage of organic existence.” Feather river is an ode to this organic existence we’ve long since forgotten. Perhaps by simplifying our lives and spending more time in the sounds of nature, we can re-learn what it is to live in the purest form and return to a state of natural freedom.
Feather River is included on a charity compilation through PlagueGround Records. All proceeds from the compilation will be donated to the Alberta Conservation Association; a group who's main focus is to protect, conserve, and educate as well as in general make the province of Alberta a beautiful place to live and explore!
