Born and raised in a noisy maze of narrow dark streets in the beautiful city of Ljubljana, Slovenia, DAYAK has felt a strong attachment to music and mystical atmospheres since childhood. These impressions were reflected in his musical career, bringing him international recognition and dissolving his name in the world of electronic music.

From the very beginning of his career, DAYAK was deeply inspired by the gloomy streets of his hometown. He found a way to convey his emotions on a sound tape, creating a unique sound that made listeners immerse themselves in a mystical atmosphere and imbued with shades.

“WOMB” marks OTTOMAN GRÜW’s first long format release and debut release on @x-img. This seven track album seamlessly integrates his varied influences, showcasing his adeptness at traversing the expansive possibilities of Industrial inspired electronic music. Ominous atmospheres and rhythms cross between EBM, Techno, Electropunk and Ambient, with infectious vocal elements found throughout. The album also features collaborations with like minded artists such as Prophän, Incendie and Lvcerate.

The idea behind “WOMB” stems from the enigmatic relationship we cultivate with the divine - especially in our times of global sorrow, where faith wavers or seems elusive. The layer of noise by which every track is surrounded echoes the yearning of souls adrift. This spiritual disquiet is mirrored by the album’s sonic exploration of body horror, dissecting the vulnerability of our physical existence while reflecting the pervasive anxiety of our own impermanence. Where do we go when we dissolve?

Massive demonstrations have erupted in Tbilisi and other cities as a result of election falsification by the ruling party, the suspension of EU negotiations, anti-LGBTQ+ laws, authoritarian policies, and growing allegiance to the Kremlin. These protests have been met with violent crackdowns by riot police, including brutal assaults on journalists and widespread political repression.

More than 400 people have been arrested (age 15-60). 80% of them beaten and tortured in need of hospitalization. New laws further restrict freedom of peaceful expression during protest.

Hecate Legacy is an industrial techno project by Alex Nadiradze, an artist and DJ from Tbilisi. Having earned his stripes within the esteemed halls of KHIDI,  a household name in Tbilisis’s nightlife scene, Hecate Legacy commands the attention of its audience with a haunting synthesis of rugged industrial rhythms and melancholic primordial melodies. Hecate Legacy is a member of the Persephonic Sirens family and has been released on labels such as OSM Tapes and Liber Null Berlin.

Next guest is Bogotá, Colombia-based DJ, producer, and live performer Diego Diaz, better known as Delectro. Since 2006, he has been crafting his signature sound by experimenting with fast basslines, metallic drums, and his own voice. Drawing influence from 80's EBM, Electro, and Techno, his music delivers a powerful fusion of futuristic, dystopian, and industrial tones.
