Focusing on the extremities of human emotion in his dj sets, fusing neo contemporary classical, Ebm, film scores and samples, power electronics and industrial music to create a visceral and  theme heavy based collage of music. Currently working with London based art collective Chronic Illness and various record labels worldwide, his approach to art design and curating mixes has become a symbiotic process, always focusing on a story to be told through tracks and samples. This mix is a second part of his insect politics series which debuted on Hora Gotica radio, exploring themes of 80s body horror through synth based artists that echo this era of the rhythmic and grotesque.

“BORGBORG is an electronic music producer and DJ based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
On her journey as a DJ she encounters various styles of electronic music, especially bouncy hard techno, harsh industrial, deconstructed hypnotic vibes and noisy drone soundscapes. 
Utilizing field recordings and experimental techniques, she explores the boundaries between sound and sex. Her current musical work is focused on a collaborative soundtrack for an interactive audio-visual radio play by morphing field recordings and vocals to fractals and polyrhythmic patterns. With her conceptual project duo Fractal Void, a mixture of electronic and classical composition are blended into artificial landscapes and unsettled futuristic elements. Both projects are intended to be played live.
She is a member of About Repetition e.V., a group of artists dedicated to the research of repetition through artistic means, collaborating with a wide range of other collectives across Europe.”

We are delighted to welcome Extase Urbaine as the 16th guest on the Kaos London Podcast Series.

Hailing from Greece, DJ and producer Extase Urbaine has been gaining momentum, achieving international recognition in the electronic music scene with performances at renowned clubs such as Berlin's OXI, Amsterdam's RADION, and Athens' Astron, in addition to notable appearances at major events like the ADD festival in the Greek capital.

His DJ sets cross weave genres and scenes, blending everything from techno and electro to acid and trance-y explorations, or, as he aptly describes it, ‘body music for all bodies’.

While DJing remains his true passion, Extase’s own productions have garnered attention for their distinctive synth-wave orientation. With acclaimed releases already on Soil and Ferma records and an upcoming debut EP in the works.

Bulgarian dark mastermind MANASYt（Petar Tassev) has been rocking his own brand of Nurolektro since 2003. He’s responsible for a vast array of menacing titles on labels such as Bunker, Touchin' Bass, Kommando 6, Musar and about 40 other labels worldwide. 
An artist that couldn’t care less about trends nor hypes, and whose main driving force is that authentic passion for the genre.
Some of his tunes resemble a future horror movie soundtrack, others a visit to a mental clinic but most sound like what exactly hostile aliens would listen to while attacking Earth.
Currently based in Xiamen, China.
His new LP - “The Genetic Lottery” is out now on Lunatic (Leipzig)
