Al revisar el enfoque inicial de reprocesar instrumentos orientales tradicionales como el Rebab egipcio en paisajes cinematográficos y texturas arenosas nítidas, este trabajo también avanza constantemente hacia territorios más industriales, techno, IDM y Drum & Bass.

El puente cultural mediterráneo se refinó aún más con la contribución del productor maltés Llimbs, que revela una reinterpretación vibrante y ritualista del tema de apertura "Terrarium".

Premiere: Following up his debut "Sycomore" EP signed in 2015 on Arboretum with a remix of Samuel Kerridge, the Italian born, Berlin based electronic music producer Mogano returns on Voidance Records with his new work "Terrarium!.

By revisiting the initial approach of re-processing traditional eastern instruments such as the Egyptian Rebab into cinematic landscapes and sharp gritty textures, this work also consistently moves towards more Industrial, Techno, IDM and Drum&Bass territories.

The Mediterranean cultural bridging got even more refined by the contribution of the Maltese producer Llimbs wich reveals a vibrant, ritualistic reinterpretation of the opening track "Terrarium".

Here comes BRVTAL's last release of 2023 and it's going to be a heavy one. Because one of our favorite producers, the legendary Ayarcana, teamed up with HATELOVE, the young talent from Warsaw.

This record will be Ayarcana's final release and as we have come to expect from him, there will be no mercy. Both of his tracks are a textbook example of his goodness as master of noise, industrial and heavy rattling, powerful techno. Absolut dance floor destruction!

However, HATELOVE is also long grown up for the job. He is one of the most outstanding producers of the new generation, no wonder SNTS noticed him and released his music on Sacred Court, but he was also recently featured on a compilation with 14anger and Draugr, and of course he is a recurring artist on BRVTAL too. 

BRV006 is also the debut of a new area of our label's life, because the artwork was made by our new partner in crime: void.vrks!

Marlen is a long time multi-instrument and multi-disciplinary live performer. He has been effortlessly crossing genre boundaries with many electronic music projects for the past 15 years: from experimental noise to dubstep, techno, trap, breakcore.. you name it. He also brings his passion for live performances into the theatre projects he is part of. His main focusses nowadays are leaning towards modular synths and then performing mental breaky techno blended with some amen breaks, industrial noise or gabber elements.

Three storylines make a whole. The foundation of Barong EP was born in Indonesia, where Torgue travelled and fell in love with the land and her culture. Being an admirer of mythology, he there decided to let three tracks interact with each other, through name and meaning. The battle between good and evil – Barong and Rangda – is expressed in The Holy Dance to represent the eternal battle between good and evil.

It’s no Torgue track if there’s no big thumping kick in there. In Barong the stereo field is filled with metal squeaking and grinding, gradually working the tension upwards through a sinister string. Pressure is released when all molts together with a tribalesque pad, unfolding true beauty of obscurity. Ayarcana adds more fuel to the fire with his remix. The track’s character builds on an overdriven and warped voice-like scream and works its way through like an apocalyptic locomotive only Ayarcana can do.
