He’s known to his family and close friends as Jay Jay Cyr - he has single handedly accomplished and produced some of the greatest Hip-hop music from anyone out of Saskatchewan ever! Critically acclaimed as the greatest hip-hop head in the Rural Saskatchewan Area. He built his catalogue of music with a very limited amount of resources. As a young boy living in and out of Regina Sk. and George Gordon’s First Nations (Indian Reservation) he taught himself the ability of music production and writing lyrics. He plays Guitar, and Piano, He sings like a rockstar on a bad day, He makes every bit of his production usually all on his own and it’s always very well crafted and fierce head nodding street music for his fans. Usually producing Hip-Hop, Once and awhile he makes an amazing Rock/Alternative song. He writes his own music. He produces His own Beats. He records his own vocals, he mixes & masters every single aspect of his music. He’s known as the lead singer in the local Hip-Hip group ‘Lazy 4’ from the Regina Saskatchewan and he is also the founder and owner of the Music Label ‘Getting’ Mine Entertainment’.
