This song was very fun and enjoyable to write. I tried not to give too much attention to Satan though. He doesn't deserve our attention, saints. Enjoy the Lord Jesus.

Satan’s going to the lake of fire.
He was Lucifer, God’s right hand man,
Leading praises to the One who’s higher,
Until he wished to be as high as Him.
	Yes, he said within his heart “I will…
	Ascend to heav’n above the stars of God,”
	Lucifer, you’ll be brought down to Sheol,
	And ultimately to the lake be brought.

Satan’s going to the lake of fire.
He was sentenced by the Son of Man.
Jesus crucified the crucifier.
And now he scrambles to delay God’s plan,
	‘Cause he knows that he’s on borrowed time,
	Nearer, nearer, execution comes.
	Once the Lord sees us mature, His bride,
	Satan’s days of pow’r on earth are done.

Satan’s al’rdy in the lake of fire.
Claim the fact with God’s eternal view.
Don’t be stuck in time, our view is higher.
The word of God is all we need as proof.
	Hallelujah! I can see him there!
	Suff’ring for all that he’s done to me!
	Sin and death, deceitful empty cares-
	All sinking with him in the flaming deep.

Satan, jump into the lake of fire!
And while you’re at it, hold my blood-washed sins;
On your back they’ll go with their supplier.
So walk the plank, take your eternal swim.
	Nevermore will I allow your lies.
	I can send them with you to the lake.
	My one weapon is the blood of Christ,
	The one remover of all Satan-stains.
	
No more “Satan” brothers, let’s admire
Our dear Jesus, He who shut his mouth.
Christ is resurrected! Three days prior,
Satan’s flesh-indwelling plan went south.
	O Lord Jesus! To Your throne I come,
	Nothing blocking grace’s flow to me.
	Thank You, Lord, all of the work is done!
	And now, in spirit, Lord, You’re filling me.

	Against Your blood, that snake is powerless!
	Instantly he can be overcome!
	Jesus’ blood and utt’rance of my lips
	Will mute that nagging, lying serpent dumb.
