Based out of Toronto, Ensoul previously worked at Play De Record, one of the city’s oldest and finest record stores. Building on that experience, the search for inspiring samples, records, cassettes and CD’s has become a center piece of his daily life. Come evening, Ensoul throws down Pillow Talk - a monthly night run alongside Akash Bansal aka Tender Buttons.

'By the early sixties, the song on the A-side was the 'hit' song that the record company wanted radio stations to play. The B-side would contain less radio friendly and less popular tracks. In our eyes the B-side is a true reflection of the producers taste in music, there is more personality on that side of the record'.
