The initial mix for wandering souls, one of the last tunes recorded for the 2020 post punk apocalypse LP.  This mix isn't crazy different, but it did lead me to dial back the synth part a bit for the official release. I'll be releasing a few more outtakes to round out the 2020 Lp sessions EP.

Just a few samples of tracks im gonna lay down on my next trip hop/Rap album not sure if it's gonna be a full on parody like the last releases because im kind of fond of the material ive been making in the past few months.

RUBBA-BEET11-19-13 Sample In Sample Out-w.i.p [Sample]

The title of this comes from an unused rhythm figure for this tune that reminded me of the band orange juice. Hence the odd title...but once this tune started it became a multi headed beast right from the start. The synth arp doesn't serve much of a purpose besides keeping time and atmosphere while the guitar and bass pull in completely different directions but during the intro the song almost became a cool The Cure A Forest clone (atleast in the feel anyway) but quickly became something else entirely. I would have minded maybe extending the intro but as I tracked the bass first I didn't realize how solid the guitar part would sound along side it. Then the guitar goes off in a mark Kopfler /Vinnie Riley direction with jazzy blues licks while the bass went for a new order/Bernard sumners take on hooks style. I do plan on refining this in the near future but until then this is pretty damn cool and unique.

The human error project and LPs was something I've had in the works for longer than 2021...BUT this was the first recording with the title attached. Though this is just a demo I do plan on refining this track and releasing it on a future release. This is also a promotional single for the outtakes and sessions LP for the first HUMAN ERROR album titled HUMAN ERA VOL-1. I Havent decided on an official release for that yet but trust it will be uploaded sometime this summer, so be ready for that folks

The second collaborative track more prominently showcasing Johhny sonars part in this release. This is my remix of the track but its rather minimal in my inclusion in that i mainly did post production on the percussion and added some synth atmospherics. we plan on adding some wild guitar leads to this in the future so stay tuned for that. although an extended E.P release of these tracks and alternate mixes will be released on alternate streaming platforms.

Phoenix Incident- 9 - 8-23

This is an ode to my dogs that both unfortunately passed this year...This tune came pretty quickly and naturally soon after bendy was put down. It has a mournful atmosphere but it gets playful and uplifting as it goes on...as i am deeply saddened that they aren't with us anymore but the happiness of what they brought to my life shines through the gloom, as their memory will until mine fails.
i plan on recording alternate versions in the very near future...possibly even tonight.

This is the official Version of Setting Sons. The Ode to my dogs that passed this year. I think this track is the ultimate tribute to them...its obviously ambient and there's sadness in the fact they aren't with me anymore but this track is also playful, warm and adventurous! Just like my boys were...goodbye my setting sons. I will never forget you and we LOVE YOU!

This was the first attempt at tracking setting sons, there is a rough guitar sketch before this but this was the first outline of what would become the single. The entire month of December saw a pretty massive instrument tracking session for both this song And various other tunes on Human Error 2. Ive since changed direction in how i track and decided that amp simulation via DAW is the easiest route to go for tracking and cutting out tonal anomalies (The anomalies being how my rig sounds minus my actual amp)

As a thank you for all the plays on Electronic Deviations 2 i put together a small EP compilation of outtakes and oddities spanning between making Born Of Contempt and the completion of Electronic Deviations 2. I did attempt to finish a few of these tracks in January but the same issues that plagued them in 2023 stayed true in 2024 and here they all are in original and amended versions. This isn't a proper canon release but more of a bonus for the fans here on sound cloud.

Another experiment into the talking Heads Brian Eno approach to multi-layered, relentless jams. I tried various angles to recording this to have the instruments compliment each other. This take works as a basic Demo. It all started with the drum progression, Bongo samples and random acoustic drums/instrument samples. The distorted Lead, Clean guitar part and Bass are all essentially recorded live as to get a raw ["Live"] feel. I plan on recording a bunch of other parts and Vocals in the future. A nice bloated but fun AFFAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!

TALKING WORLD - REFINEMENT MIX 11 - 30 - 14

This was the second Song Completed for the surface noise EP and I'm REALLY proud of this one. There's a mini demo of this clocking in at 3 minutes and I immediately realized it needed to be longer because this tunes vibe just needed to breath and live. The title is actually  something my girlfriend said to my son while scolding him and watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

This is the  live instrument-less collaboration between Johnny Son4r and i dating back to last summer when we got the idea to get our stuff onto streaming networks and see where this shit could go...My main contribution to this was in Post- producing the percussion tracks and adding Arp 2600 shaker sounds. I also added various synth atmospherics at this stage as well. The bones of the track were written and composed By SON4R and he made the "mistake"

Digital Days was a main contender for the surface noise Ep until i found it to be too similar to a tune i had slotted for release on the essentially shelved human error LP....it would have existed in the place of alarm sings and that tune would have been a B-side to one of the singles. I dig the vibe of this...the new order style electronic foundation with my more abrasive guitar approach was really fun to make and would have fit the EP well....but alas i vetoed it and never got it sounding exactly how i wanted.

A Dark Turn into Post Rock jammage as the first release from the GH0ST T4PE COLLECTIVE. GTC will be any project featuring other writers and collaborators outside and featuring GH0ST T4PE himself. This jam came from a chill session turned studio writing session when mike Rodrigues threw down a gnarly bass and synth bass line which prompted Johny S0n4r to pick up the guitar and me to start crafting a drum beat, synth lines and a lead guitar part. Dig in to this spontaneous dark creation!

A "Live" In studio Demo of AK-47 Ive Been working on the percussion and synth segments of this track for a few months now and finally decided to see what i can do with it Guitar/bass wise. I don't plan on keeping this a Improv/jam style track. In the future i plan to create two versions. An industrial version with the guitars and bass taking the back seat as Samples and mangled loops. Then a second version with guitars and bass being the main attraction but in a massive overdub kind of thing.
