Khaliq’s musical beginnings commenced with his initial meeting with legendary producer Gavin Monaghan of Magic Garden Recording Studio; leading to a deal with the iconic Tony Wilson of Factory Too Records and the joining in forces of Derek Ryder (Happy Mondays’ Management) and Coe Khaliq.

Following the signing of his record deal in 1996, debut album ‘Asian Man’ was created; produced by Ged Lynch and Martin Slattery of Black grape. Khaliq reflects on many memorable days recording at UB40’s international studios and has recently received the original tapes along with the rights to the music; following its display in a Tony Wilson exhibition within Manchester Science Museum. The album now stands as a stunning piece of musical history; to one day be resurrected.

Whilst gaining valuable life and industry experience whilst constantly refining his art, Khaliq experienced many highs and lows; surviving near fatal electrocution during a show, a life changing illness and the collapse of Factory Too Records. Khaliq made the decision to continue creating his music, releasing it under the label ‘Magic Carpet Records’.

Khaliq’s versatility in creating music allows his sounds to be performed acoustically and with a full band backing. His live shows are woven with stories of his experiences and inspirations, whisking his audiences away into the moments he tells tales of both verbally and through his audible crafts.

Continuing to work closely with musical guru Gavin Monaghan and collaborating with icons from across the globe, Khaliq is set to release a whole new catalogue of music in 2021. The initial releases being two tracks from his forthcoming album ‘Songbird Looking For A Rainbow’ which features Steve Craddock of Ocean Colour Scene/Paul Weller, Ash Sheehan of The Twang/Dead Sea Skulls,along with many more industry figures; making for an unmissable album of true magic.

Khaliq will be publishing all future releases and unveiling music from Khaliq’s beginnings. Forthcoming plans include the return of his Factory Too Records gem. Deriving from Manchester, the heart of UK music, this unearthed album is a collection of musical antiquities set to ignite the passion of music lovers worldwide.

 Musikalisch begann seine Reise mit Axl Rose Imitationen, die zu familieninternem Ruhm führten und nahm beim Hören der MTV Raps Cd '95 ihren Lauf Richtung Hip Hop.

Nach ersten Freestyle Sessions im heimischen Wohnzimmer und Auftritten als Geburtstagsrapper, fing er aktiv an selber Texte zu schreiben. Über kleine Produktionen in Homestudios formte Rutkowski seinen eigenen und außergewöhnlichen Style. Seine Art kann in die Kategorie Hip Pop und dem selbst erfunden Hörbuch-Rap eingeordnet werden. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fern ab jeglicher Klischees und Vorurteile der Szene möchte Rutkowski mit ernster Meinungsäußerung und lustigen Geschichten seinen Zuhören etwas neues bieten, das Spaß macht und zum Denken anregt.

Born and raised in Charlottenburg, Berlin, Rutkowski is about to give you something you don’t expect! ------------------------------------------------------------------------
His musical journey began with Axl Rose impersonations, as a kid, which made him “famous” within his family. After listening to the MTV Raps CD in 95 his path towards Hip Hop music was set. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
At first he only participated in freestyle sessions, but soon these were followed by creative songwriting and birthday shows. In smaller home productions Rutkowski started creating his own unique style, which can be categorized as “Hip Pop” or the self-invented “Audiobook Rap”. He joined the young Berlin based record label Hippoppo Records in early 2011. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
Far beyond any Hip Hop clichés and prejudices Rutkowski wants to give his listeners fresh and innovative music. He mixes serious issues with funny stories, to form a style that gets people thinking and entertains them at the same time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Currently Rutkowski is working on his first EP with Hippoppo Records in Berlin.

We have been together since early June of 2010. Our influences range from pop-punk bands such as Green Day, Sum 41 and The Offspring to Guerilla Rock legends Rage Against The Machine all the way to the alternative rock stylings of Incubus and straight through the middle of Funkrock, USA - The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Not to mention we also enjoy forrays into the darker side of Rock ( \m/ ) and enjoy bands such as Disturbed, Lamb of God, Metallica, Trivium and Avenged Sevenfold to name but a few. Independently our musical tastes are so varied that you never know what to expect in a jam; One person will start with a Ska riff, which will then get molested by a funky bass riff and bitchslapped by some out of control drum crazed German...or perhaps some eerie sounding bass riff will float out of nowhere and cause chaotic metal vibrations in the guitarists fingers...It changes rapidly and without warning and surprises even ourselves sometimes.

Silent Jack are a band on a mission; a very simple mission. They want to rock you, and rock you hard!
Playing straight up hard rock with blues influences and down'n'dirty riffs, they play music to make you scream out loud! When you combine musical influences such as Aerosmith, Motley Crue, and Guns N' Roses with a 'Party On!' attitude, what you get is a band that only really takes one thing seriously; the music!
From Birmingham, UK, the home of heavy metal, the band formed in 2009 when a fledgling rock group was started by Adam and Scott Carson, and some school friends. They had almost everything required – guitar, bass, drums – all they needed was a singer. When Rich 'Stitch' Mason responded to their advert, what they got was a close imitation!
The lineup fluctuated for a couple of years until the arrival of Dickie Spider as bass guitarist. He became a vital member of Silent Jack and the band evolved into the monster it is now.

Silent Jack don't believe that big shows should only be put on in big venues, and strive to make every show an event. Lasers, light shows, and ladies are a big part of every performance. Every show is a rocking rollercoaster with music to make your body move!
The band have toured the UK many times, trying to play new places with each successive trip, have featured on festivals such as Degeneration Fest, Deadfest, and Blood, Sweat & Gears, and have supported bands such as Alestorm and Stop Stop.
They have even run their own events under the Hard Roxx banner, where, as the name suggests, the best hard rock bands can show off their skills. Silent Jack love playing, and love meeting new fans, so each Hard Roxx event isn't just a show, it's a party!
2015 sees the lads from the Jack firing on all cylinders, with performances that have put them through to the finals of Bloodstock's Metal 2 The Masses competition and Hard Rock Hell's Highway To Hell contest. Having spent significant time in the studio, the stage is also set for the release of the band's debut album, Play The Game!
They may not be from Hollywood, and it may not be the 1980s anymore, but Silent Jack  don't think that's any excuse not to have fun!

Silent Jack are:
Rich ‘Stitch’ Mason – Vocals
Described as having the swagger of Michael Hutchence, the vocals of a young Vince Neil, and the looks of Axl Rose, Rich ‘Stitch’ Mason gives all he can give to the vocal front.
Adam Carson – Lead Guitar
The epitome of understated, Adam Carson looks mild mannered in life, but on stage brings forth a barrage of hard rocking guitar sound, giving life to Silent Jack’s music.
Dickie Spider – Bass
Spider brings the thumping bass beat that underscores so many tracks, and is the heartbeat behind the rocking music.
Scotty C – Drums/Backing Vocals
Time keeping a specialty, Scotty provides the backbone for all Silent Jack’s music, and adds his own flair. His vocals can be found in the background of many tracks, and his character shapes each song.
