Having already earned plays from the likes of Dixon, Ame, Chaim, and Adana Twins with releases on Ya Hala Ya Hala, Blue Shadow and Tau, Genish finds a natural fit on Multi Culti with his Third Eye EP, a kaleidoscopic triptych emerging out of the evolving sound of Tel Aviv.

Composed of myriad globe-spanning influences, his sound is a fresh, house-y hybrid, imbued with the spirit of trance but restrained in both tempo and arrangement and more ambitious in terms of sonic palette. Featuring a wild mix of Qawwali samples, French-Congolese vocals as well as lyrics from a made-up language, Genish has deployed impressively diverse, character-filled vocal performances and paired them with varied, impactful rhythms, deft melodies, all wrapped-up and reinforced around powerful four-to-the-floor bass-lines. It’s a complete package that is sure to find it’s way to peak moments on dance-floors.

Genex - Hey Boy Hey Girl (Sport Mix)

Mexican duo Sierra Madre is thrilled to unveil their first EP, "Cumbres". The collaboration project of producers @mijomijo and @colossiomx, offers a unique blend of techno and indie dance, influenced by the stories of Monterrey City, Mexico. The release includes a collaboration with @moiseesduro and a remix by Esprit Divers.

Inspired by the tragic events that took place in “Cumbres” neighborhood, the EP opens with the title track, a dark, hypnotic, and evocative cut. It is followed by "Cadereyta," the name of the prison where the perpetrator of the Cumbres murders serves his sentence. A cut featuring distorted synthesizers and a driving drumbeat.

Next is "Diego," the track in collaboration with Moisees, a sinister, powerful, and gummy jam. To close the release, Esprit Divers' “Cumbres” remix provides a powerful and introspective cut, taking listeners on a journey of groovy self-discovery.

Joyce Muniz & Theus Mago’s feisty ‘Balin Bali’ Italo collaboration is a hot enough snack on its own, but with these two excellent new remixes it just got even tastier.

Marvin & Guy up the tempo to a pacey house bounce and lay on some gentle electro textures. Shimmering stabs fizz atop a galloping beat as relentless bass waves undulate propulsively. The synths unfurl further in the breakdown before the time-stretched vocal announces the drop, where a heady crescendo awaits us. Synth flutes add a mystical edge next as the track steps back into a more hypnotic groove.

French producer and Jennifer Cardini collaborator Damon Jee steps up next with an alternate Italo take on the original. The track builds slowly and with a moody edge as synths soar and snares hit hard over a chugging arpeggiated bassline, climaxing a dizzying breakdown which really gets the synapses firing. Slamming us back down into a sparse arrangement where that bassline rules all, the euphoria is snatched away from us suddenly in dramatic and very effective fashion.

There was something palpable in the air tonight. A feeling of excitement, euphoria and mystique. This event only rolled round once a year and many waited with baited breath for its arrival. Only those with open hearts and minds would fill the building. This was a space for freedom, to forget the rules and constraints of the outside world. Here you could be yourself. Nothing more, nothing less... 

Berlin-based party Radiant Love are keeping it in the family for their second release. Coming courtesy of close friends Vani-T (who makes up one half of femme party Climax) and Planet Euphorique's D.Tiffany (who provided the remix for their inaugural release from Fio Fa, the pair come together under the guise of Pillow Queen. The title of the EP and today's premiere, Byron's Theme, pays tribute to Radiant Love co-director and resident Byron Yeates, a throbbing trance cut that builds to a euphoric apex with its wavering synths, modulated pan-flute and pitch-shifted voice samples.
