Alternativo es mucho mas que aquellas bandas noventeras como Nirvana o Peral Jam.

Low Fi definitivamente es eso, baja fidelidad pero muy divertida.

En viejos beats nos dedicamos a desenterrar aquella música que ni tus padres ni tus tíos ni tus hermanos mayores y mucho menos tu has escuchado, música de países que posiblemente visitaste pero que definitivamente no viviste. Afro-beat, Thai-Beat, Funk, Boogaloo, a A GO GO, Ethio Jazz, Mambo, Champeta Criolla, Afro-Synthpop, Dance Hall, Calypso, Hindi Rock (no Indie Rock) etc.

Viejos Beats es arqueología musical para bailar y ponerse realmente hyper. 

A trio by way of Japan and the UK whose distillation of advanced rhythmic structures, low frequencies and raw human tones stand uniquely at a fascinating sonic crux of leftfield, club and indie juncture.

AKA Rick Hartley and Tom Leah are an exciting new Manchester based ambient electronica duo.
 
Through their use of sample pads, effects pedals, loop pedals, live instruments and vocals, they bring their well refined productions to the stage.

2011/2012 promises the arrival of fresh debut prodcutions from the young pair as well as the opportunity to experience these carefully constructed sounds live.

 Vieka plays her music full frontal, sometimes delicate, sometimes brash but always dedicated to the senses. Alikened to Björk, Portishead with a dash of Cocorosie, Vieka moves through you in a whirl of challenging stories and sounds created by all manors of electronic geekery that can be harnessed, beated and whipped into shape.

With a lustful desire for the wild world, Vieka weaves through all manner of sounds; blending, warping and creating impassioned soundscapes with subtle sound recordings from nature, life and the wide-wide world. Obtuse creations of synthesised bass, glitch noise and samples come from deep within the digital spectrum while the vocals cut through unabashed.
