I am Fireflamez,a Nigerian based award winning Reggae and Afro Dancehall artist. I am popularly known as Ur Neighborhood Rastaman. Fireflamez is currently an unsigned artist.

Roy Thompson, (born in Portland, Jamaica, on January 30th popularly known as Bugle, is a conscious reggae dancehall performance artist and songwriter. Friends gave him the name Bugle when his affection for the art form displayed prominent, and they decided he should be named after a musical instrument. Bugle’s lyrical essence depicts a voice for the people, shedding light on issues that touch the common man. His encouraging style has resonated with fans globally, giving the artist respected recognition and a platform to provoke action for positive change. Bugle’s admiration for music started as young as primary school age when he used to sit in class and use the desk as an instrument. Musical talent came naturally for him and as the years progressed he found himself inclined to pursue his gift. In the late 90s, Bugle could be found at Big Ship studios, writing and recording with artists such as Papa San. In the year
2000, he met and began to write for dancehall icon, Elephant Man. This opportunity began to make way for him as a professional in the music industry. Within one year, he was writing and voicing his own original songs, performing with Elephant Man, and touring The Caribbean, North America, andJapan.
His talent apparent, the artist’s song “All Out” was selected by the prestigious athletic brand, Puma, for the international campaign featuring Olympic Gold Medalist, Usain Bolt. The campaign made way for Bugle to appear, alongside Elephant Man, on BET’s 106 & Park, on the red carpet at the MTV Awards in Japan, and MTV’s Spring Break. Bugle and Elephant Man parted ways in 2005 and since then Bugle has been rising in his own right. In 2006 the artist signed for a 1 Be proud of who you are 2 short stint with the record label SSMG before again deciding to pursue his own right and substantially making lead way in the reggae dancehall musicworld. 2007 was an exceptional year for the artist’s calling. He began working with DASECA Productions, and shortly after his socially conscious song, “What I’m Gonna Do” [Exercise] topped the charts throughout the Caribbean. The hit also played regularly on a multitude of
radio across North America. Bugle’s voice and messages won the hearts of reggae enthusiasts by the masses generating loyal fans globally. The artist’s work to date has been artfully archived with an extensive catalogue of music. Bugle has released three mixed tapes entitled “Journeys”, “What Have I Done to You”, and “Psalms”, the latter being the most popular, having 43 tracks rich with positive biblical messages. His catalogue of hits include; “Blame Life”, “Pearly Gate”, “I Don’t Worry”, “Anything Goes”, “Yes Man”, “Nuh Compatible”, “Infidelity” ft. Lady Saw, “Anointed”, “Nuh Like Dah Style Deh”,
“Journeys”, ‘What Have I Done to You”, “Doh” ft. Serani, “What I’m Gonna Do” [Exercise], “Cyaa Look Ina Mi Eye”, to name a few. He has collaborated with reggae greatsincluding, Bounty Killer, Julian Marley, Assassin, Mavado, Jr. Reid, Etana, Taurrus Riley, Lady Saw, I Octain, and numerousothers. Bugle’s reputation prominently established, by 2014 his top singles were in heavy rotation worldwide. The highly anticipated debut album “Anointed” was released and accompanied by a spectacular launch event in Kingston, Jamaica. Thousands of fans attended in support including surprise guest performances from many of dancehall’s most popular acts. The year 2015 proved to be a year of tremendous progress, growth and added international recognition for Bugle as he ventured on developing his own recording studio and the formation
of his own musical band known as the “Anointed Band”. He did two international tours (Europe and Japan) with couple appearances in United States of America and the Caribbean, performing a mixture of his lifetime hits previously mentioned above as well as his 2015 hits which included “ Be Proud”, “Survivor”, “Nuh Like Them Style deh”, “False Prophets” & “Rasta Party”.
