Resilient:

Inspired by songs on his mama’s radio, maybe subconsciously, Marko held the sound of the 80’s / 90's to this day. He didn’t grow up with vinyls, and didn’t start to DJ when he was 10. Despite that, during his childhood he used to run away from piano accordion classes, just to do some composing at home. Since then he has been in love with tremolo effects, organ synths and glitch vocals with the goal to conjure a soundtrack vibe from a famous “Top Gun” movie. Member of Berlin based Instead Recordings; Deep House Craft (South Africa); Hamburg based Neele Records; Munich based Karmaloft Music, Affect Recordings & Affekt Reaktion and also a founder of Beat Sound Visions (Worldwide). He is an inhabitant of the world where human dreams are playing a crucial role. An all-around electronic multi-genre music player.

Welcome back, and this weekend we are spreading vibes with originally from Hungary 🇭🇺 and now living in UK 🇬🇧, DJ Voyi. He has played in several clubs back in Hungary also open air parties, played mostly psytrance in that time until 2012. After a long 8 years break, he started DJ-ing again, but this time progressive / deep house, later organic house as well as melodic techno. His sets can be described with deep and colourful vibes, transitions between different emotions and atmospheres. Beautiful set from Voyi and we hope you will enjoy it as we do!

Eliahh, ein deutscher Dj aus Berlin, aufgewachsen in Thüringen neben dem legendären Club Muna, wo er seine musikalischen Wurzeln schlug. Seine oft langen Sets erzählen eine Geschichte, die von impulsivem Techno bis zu melodiösem Indie-Sound geprägt ist. Er spielte in mehreren Clubs vor Ort und auch über die Landesgrenzen hinaus. 

Um nur einige der Clubs zu nennen: Berlin (Sisyphos, Arena Club, Watergate, Ipse, Ritter Butzke, Katerholzig, Katerblau, About Blank, Hoppetosse, Larry, Brunnen70), Hamburg (Waagenbau, Abrakadabra), Kassel (Arm), Leipzig (Melt!) Slovakai (Batelier, Rivers Club, Fuga Club), Kopenhagen (KB18), Wien (Pratersauna, KeinSonntagOhneTechno), Schweiz (La Ruche), Russland (Sovestbar, Loft19) und viel mehr  

Dazu Organisiert er auch noch seine eigenen Veranstaltungen.'Take me home' mit Dude Braunbeck und ein Charity-Event in Berlin namens 'Blind', bei dem alle Einnahmen an verschiedene Organisationen gespendet wurden, um Kindern und Obdachlosen zu helfen.

Sonne, Strand und Meer Guest Mix #182 by SRS

Music has always been a real passion, even from an early age, listening to the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Genesis and Pink Floyd.
He started off perfecting the art of mixing and blending tracks using vinyl and has been doing so on and off since the late eighties.
Early Electro and Acid House, lead him into the realms of the UK Rave Scene from 1988 - 1993 and He was lucky enough to go to some of the biggest outdoor raves in the UK, hosted by the likes of Sunrise, Biology and Fantazia. He was a regular at the Astoria Night Club in London where the likes of Fabio & Grooverider, Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson and the legend Carl Cox frequented the decks. Those were the days when Carl Cox would mix tracks with 3 turntables, hence earning the name the ‘3 Deck Wizard’.

I do have a very varied taste in music, but my real love is anything electronic. Deep House, Organic House, Melodic House, Progressive House, Techno and Ambient.

SRS has been producing his own tracks now for about 3 years and is currently working on a project under the pseudonym Lakota Rayn, producing Deep and Organic House music.
He would describe his mixes as deep and diverse...which take you on a real musical journey.

Synth ambassadors Birdsnake create their own brand of psychedelic infused downtempo electronica, exploring the line between digital and organic. A free-flowing sensory experience, the band seamlessly combines acid jazz, droney textures and dubbed out rhythms. New single ‘Hydrostatic Pressure’ shares familial qualities with previous release ‘Rare Amulet’ that feel aquatic in sound, yet are contrasted with a dance floor focused tempo and darker instrumentation. Hydrostatic Pressure is released on Thursday 28th August, and is the second single taken from the band’s debut album ‘Biofilter’, slated for release on Friday 14th November via Bathtub Music.

Shimmering chimes and pads of wind-like synthesisers slowly build to a cascade of bubbling percussion and flutters of flute. Charging four-to-the-floor kick drum bursts through, with shuddering sound effects intermingled with deep horn-like accents, bringing to mind giant rolling sea vessels. Far away kalimba and metallic bells drift in and out like tides, yet we are constantly being pulled back to the dance floor. Of the track the band reflects, “Hydrostatic pressure is a journey into the depths of the ocean, capturing the energy from more boisterous live jams but also reflecting our home studio production sound.” Having met at music school, Birdsnake formed when after class jams became a regular occurrence. This improvised and relaxed sharing of ideas forms the basis of all of Birdsnake’s tracks, and the forthcoming album Biofilter builds on this chemistry. Aquatic in theme and sounds, the new album aims to leave listeners feeling relaxed and energised in equal measures.
