This track is my contribution to a tribute radio show in honour of Tangerine Dream founder Edgar Froese, who passed away this January - and who was one of my biggest musical heros.

Several listeners who missed the show did ask for this track, so here it is.

There are no final plans yet, but perhaps it will be included later this year in a memorial V/A compilation, and maybe also on a  free album dedicated to Edgar...

P.S. Oh, and there was a little confusion about the title, but this one, "Everlasting Footprints - Radio Version" is the correct and final one...

.

"Her Name In A Language Of Stars" is a fourth full-length album by Endless Melancholy. Recorded in 2015 it was released on CD via Hidden Vibes on 27 Jul 2015. 'Like Ships Without Anchors' is a third track on album (previously featured on "Wide As The Golden Ocean" split EP with Desolate Horizons).

Bernd Kistenmacher, born in Berlin in 1960, seen as the pivotal figure in the so-called second Berlin School of electronic music, emulating the first which featured Klaus Schulze, Tangerine Dream and co. Kistenmacher released his first cassette in 1984 and has been making music ever since. Kistenmacher did not like the way electronic music was developing in the Eighties, so he simply bought himself the analogue synthesizers he needed to pursue his passion: "classic" Berlin School par excellence. "Wake Up In The Sun" is Kistenmacher's second album from the year 1987. Reissued as a digipack, vinyl and download. Out Nov. 6, 2015
