الصعاليك هي عائلة شبابية موسيقية تستنبط أغانيها من لوحات واقعية و تستمد موسيقاها  من الحيز الخارجي المحيط بها ، و تأثير هذا الحيز عليهم سواء سلبي أو إيجابي يتم نقله من خلال  الكلمة و النغم .
 مكان نشوء الصعاليك هو العالم الثالث ولا يقتصر على مدنة او مخيم او مساحات معينة ولكن ما  ندلل وتطرحه الفكرة هو رؤية  "الهامش" واستيعابه 
 رؤية هؤلاء الشباب للواقع الذي وجدوا به,  بأنه أوطى أو أحط طبقة في المجتمع "الحضيض" و سعيّ هؤلاء الشباب للإرتقاء به وليس الخروج منه ..
Al Saaleek is a Rap crew composed of three youths: Tysser AKA "orwa", Mohammad Selwadi AKA "Selwadi" and Ma'en Ozreil AKA "Azrael" – their point of view proclaimed that all the people lived in wars, disasters and massacres ended as torn souls, they remained have no social relations, nothing to stick to, they are just faded shapes in the whole big world. But among them there are newly born tights burst from suffering and seeking for liberty, they are reunited together by struggling against persecution. The unity of their aims gathered them together; you can say that about those people and "Al Saaleek" as well. They don't consider themselves as a voice of the refugee camps neither cities nor villages. they don't represent anyone or any geographic spot certainly. They represent the mutineers "Al Saaleek" everywhere in that cursed land. They have been performing their music as stories, opinions, and discussing their concepts throughout their own lyrics and melodies.
