Much like a trek, the beginning is slow and easy, like a gentle trail through low bushes, with the sounds of nature surrounding you. But as you go further, the path gets steeper, and the walk gets tougher. Every step takes more energy, like pushing through thick, twisting plants. Your blood begins to flow, sweat begins to drip. Halfway up, you’re deep in the climb, tackling steep sections that push your endurance. Just when it feels toughest, a burst of energy kicks in, keeping you going. You reach the peak, taking in wide, open scenery and a surge of dopamine pumps through your body, the reward for reaching the top. 🍃
