Prof. Patrick Regnér, Professor of Strategic Management and Director of the Center for Strategy and Competitiveness at the Stockholm School of Economics, holds a PhD from the same esteemed institution. His influential research has been featured in leading journals, including the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, and Journal of Management Studies. In addition, Prof. Regnér contributes to the academic community by serving on the editorial boards of the Journal of Management Studies, Organization Studies, and Strategic Organization.

Prof. Ivar Padrón-Hernández, Assistant Professor of Management at the Institute of Innovation Research, Hitotsubashi University has earned multiple accolades for his research, including the 2020 Grigor McClelland Doctoral Dissertation Award. His dissertation was also a finalist for prestigious awards from the Academy of Management International Management Division D'Amore-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University Dissertation Award and the ISPIM Innovation Management Dissertation Award. Prof. Ivar earned his PhD in Business Administration from the Department of Marketing and Strategy at the Stockholm School of Economics.
