Mid Wooder – DJ, Producer, Composer and Founder of Physical Records**

Active on the techno scene since 1997, Mid Wooder is a DJ recognized for his expertise in mixing on vinyl turntables. In 2008, he founded *Physical Records*, his own label, asserting his place at the heart of the underground techno scene. Having grown up in the middle of the rave culture of the 90s, his inspirations draw deeply from acid techno and tribal techno with sounds from Detroit & Chicago genres that have marked his artistic journey.

For over 20 years, he has performed throughout Europe and internationally (France, Morocco, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, Portugal, Greece), with many world-renowned DJs. He is able to bring a unique touch to each set, between American techno, German and acid techno with a captivating rhythm but also to integrate more experimental sounds to captivate the energy created on the dance floor.

Known for his sharp selection and his energy on the dancefloor, his style has been shaped by his many travels and spiritual influences.

An artist and composer at heart, he collaborates with many French-speaking, European and international labels, producing original tracks and remixes.

Holy Smoke è un gruppo rap, base Roma, nato da un'idea di Silvia "QuemaBrown" e Marco "Chicano".
Entrambi provenienti da esperienze musicali diverse coi rispettivi gruppi, No Hay Banda (Quema) e Narcosi (Chicano), decidono nel 2011 di formare un gruppo assieme, Holy Smoke.
Inizialmente l'idea è quella di scrivere un "concept album" in cui tutte le tracce sono legate l'una all'altra da una storia che procede lungo tutto il disco. Per questo decidono di creare anche una band di supporto con strumenti "reali" (non campionati) ed il disco "Brain Tickets" difatti uscirà in formazione ampliata con basso e chitarra suonati sia in studio che live (per questo disco la band si chiamerà Holy Smoke & The Big City Funk).
Successivamente, dopo l'uscita dal gruppo del duo basso/batteria, Quema e Chicano decidono di continuare per la loro strada abbreviando il nome a Holy Smoke, come logica conseguenza dell'assenza di una band di supporto.
Dopo Brain Tickets, uscito nel 2013, i due si concentrano sulla stesura di un nuovo disco, assai diverso dal precedente, non un concept ma un disco eterogeneo con più sfaccettature nei testi e nella scelta del sound, avvalendosi della collaborazione del producer Squottmuzik e di altri producer (Mr.Dubplate,Fischio e Wax Beats).
A gennaio 2017 esce questo secondo lavoro, sempre autoprodotto, dal titolo "ALL YOU CAN HATE"....e la storia continua...

UK based musician The VIRUS Empire combines lo-fi retro technologies, such as the Nintendo Game Boy with modern production tools to create a distinct and recognizable sound. His music is melodically driven with memorable hooks and catchy lead lines.
