Nacida en el año 2000, Rubí es una cantautora de San Juan, Puerto Rico. Toda su vida ha estado rodeada de arte. Desde sus 6 años, aprendió a escribir poesía de su abuela; participó en cortometrajes; estudió música; y ha experimentado en escenarios desde sus 13 años.
En el 2021, año que debutó como cantante, Rubí lanzó varios sencillos, colaboró con artistas de su genera-ción, hizo muchos "shows" y estuvo meses sonando en la radio de Puerto Rico. Con este ritmo creciente, su carrera se veía en movimiento. Fue a finales del 2022 cuando la artista tomó una decisión que cambia-ría el juego: encerrarse por un año para crear música sin parar y así encontrar su sonido para salir con un proyecto único y memorable. Luego de un año de esto, la cantante ya está lista y nos comparte lo que será el inicio de un proyecto que dará mucho de qué hablar.
