"Det er bare en overgang" er en ærlig, stærk og samfundskritisk sang, der sætter fokus på overgangsalderen, en periode i mange kvinders liv, som ofte er omgærdet af tabu, misforståelser og manglende anerkendelse. Teksten beskriver de både fysiske og psykiske udfordringer, som mange oplever: svedeture, søvnproblemer, smerter og en følelse af at skulle skjule sin sårbarhed. Sangen kritiserer samfundets tendens til at bagatellisere kvinders oplevelser med overgangsalderen og opfordrer til, at vi bryder tavsheden, kræver respekt og kæmper for mere forskning og støtte.
Sangen balancerer mellem sårbarhed og styrke, og den giver stemme til dem, der ofte føler sig overset.

What Are We Calling This?

Hi everyone! ❤️

I have a passion for music, and I write songs. 
I had a large box filled with songs, and now I am in the process of bringing them to life through music. Many of my songs are inspired by life itself and love – both its beautiful and challenging moments.

Although it may sound simple, it’s not always the case. Completing a song can take days or even weeks. I use a mixing console, which I bought a few years ago, to create remixes and remove distracting elements like noise and heavy bass, making the songs more enjoyable to listen to.
Currently, I am working on training an AI music program in Danish for an old acquaintance, while also taking advantage of my freedom to transform both my old and new songs into music.

I am aware that my music will not appeal to everyone. Music is a personal experience, and there will likely be some who don’t like my songs – or even me. That’s something I can live with.

Do you want to criticize? You are welcome to share your thoughts about my music or me. However, I only accept constructive criticism; other forms of criticism will not receive a response.
