This song is one of my favorites. Originally this was two different songs. I learned from The Beatles to tie songs together if they weren’t completed. It worked perfectly with these two songs. I do everything on my recording from creating the song, playing all the instruments and singing. I also produce my music. I hope you enjoy it.  I fell in love with the mandolin on this song.

Hey everyone, I'm so excited to share with you my latest track, "I Hate Love." This song is really special to me because it dives deep into the rollercoaster ride of emotions that come with love. You know that feeling when you're in the middle of winter, but it feels like summertime? That's what this song is all about – the highs and lows, the contradictions, and the chaos that love can bring into our lives.

When I was writing this song, I wanted to capture that feeling of being caught in a hurricane of emotions, yet still chasing butterflies of hope and desire. It's like wanting something so badly, but also feeling afraid of what it might do to you. And sometimes, love can feel like a beautiful, intoxicating rush, while other times, it can leave you feeling completely out of control.

But amidst all the confusion and uncertainty, there's also this undeniable need for love, this craving deep within us that we can't seem to shake. It's like a constant battle between wanting it and pushing it away at the same time.

At its heart lies the theme of nostalgia — a longing for moments lost, expressed through a lyrical dialogue between the strings (first and second violins, viola, cello, and double bass) and the poignant timbre of the winds (flute, oboe, and clarinet). The strings evoke heartfelt emotions, whispering tales of cherished recollections, while the winds add a breath of airy lightness and a subtle shimmer of hope.
