Bianca "BeMyFiasco" Rodriguez is a singer/songwriter from Dallas, Texas. Her musical influences include Anita Baker, D'Angelo, Musiq Soulchild, Chaka Khan and SWV.

Outside of her solo work, BeMyFiasco contributed vocals to "Violets", a 9th Wonder production from Robert Glasper and Miles Davis’ 2016 Everything is Beautiful album. That same year, she collaborated with Erykah Badu’s band RC & the Gritz, writing and arranging vocals on two songs ("Anxiety" and "Give Me Your Heart") on their album The Feel. Her contributions to the band's project earned her a spot on their U.S. tour. 

BeMyFiasco reunited with longtime collaborator Phonte Coleman for Little Brother’s “May the Lord Watch” album in 2019. Her debut album Where I Left You was released in 2021 via +FE Music.

Tempest has emerged as a distinct voice in the West Coast  Alt-R&B scene, captivating audiences with her blend of raw vulnerability. Her musical journey began with an introspective cover of Drake’s  "Young Playa Footage," setting a precedent for follow up singles  like “Sorry To Say” and “Not The Same.” Each song is a testament to her ability to articulate deep emotions. 

Raised in Long Beach, she spent 2020 refining her sound, drawing from a broad spectrum of musical influences. While the music industry shut down, Tempest reflects on this period as a monumental moment of artistic growth. In her last release, Tempest collaborated with Naomi Wild on the track “So Gone” which delves into the nuanced emotions of modern dating, particularly the experience of being ghosted. 

This year Tempest has been teasing the release of an upcoming single, "Cha Cha Freestyle," set for release on June 21st. Promising to be a continuation of her emotive journey, "Cha Cha Freestyle" is set to cement Tempest's place as a dynamic and influential voice in today’s Alt-R&B scene.
