Lemuria Transmission (Extended): Heart Centered Awakening, with Mt Shasta

Listen to this free meditation track using three types of crystal bowls, those dedicated to awakening the heart, third eye and crown chakras. This track was played by Sound Healer San Lau and produced by Steve Ahnael Nobel.

The chakra centers are energetic vortexes within the mental / emotional / physical energy field and each chakra center relates to a different area of our lives. This sound track focuses on three centres, the heart, third eye and crown. The Heart (the 4th Chakra) is in the center of the chest. It is our centre of social interaction, community, friendship, spiritual and romantic love, compassion, confidence, trust, acceptance and openness. The Third Eye (the 6th Chakra) is in the center of the forehead. It is linked to inner vision, unity perspective, divine understanding, discernment, intuition, higher intelligence and wisdom. The Crown (the 7th Chakra) is at the very top of the head. It is linked to awareness of Oneness with Source, spiritual unity, living in the now, devotion, inspiration, and alignment with our Higher Self.
