Born in the 80’s, raised in the 90’s, Plan 16’s Noot Nootjepaps has been heavily influenced by Hiphop’s Golden Era. Inspired by producers such as J Dilla, Madlib and DJ Premier, beats by Plan 16 breathe the same passion for soul samples, chopped up and spread across 16 drum pads.
