A midnight sailing of slinky selections over on the Humming Hut stage Saturday night - right as cyclone Gabrielle was approaching..!

This is the first half of that set - featuring a hefty dose of afro disco, retro house, and galactic indie funk kinda flavas.
Not included in this recording is the live saxophone that was being jammed over the tunes by the talented horn player Rachael Travaille.

Massive appreciation to the Shipwrecked crew for all their epic work in holding down a festival amidst an approaching Cyclone, and offloading everyone offsite safely!

I’m happy to share my set from Abracadabra Festival at Ponderosa Ranch, 
Saturday night, 2 - 4 a.m

Held amongst a lush Kahikatea forest, this was such an incredible experience to be playing on a stage that was nestled amongst the trees.

I loved crafting this one, exploring lots of flavours in the deeper kinda varieties...punchy progressive house, indie dance, melodic techno, with a sprinkling of cheeky psychedelic tones…it was an epic musical journey, and an honour to steer the night time vibes..

Massive thank you to the hardworking bees behind @The Busy Movement for having me, and creating such an amazing gathering.
