Our Beloved Shyamdas chanting "Shri Krishna Sharanam MaMa."   That day was so special as we chanted along with him.  Our hearts were opened, as always with Shyamdas's amazing soul.  This is one of my favorites, and his voice is so beautiful on it.  Tender, grateful tears would always stream down my face, when I chanted this with him, and he would lovingly say "Lila, when you weep within the mantra, you become the mantra."  

It was recorded on my iPhone as we sat together that day, and I wanted to capture the beauty of that sweet moment, and remember it.    

He touched us all with his complete love for everyone.   

Shyamdas, you are missed, remembered and forever loved.  We are blessed to have known you.

     Gilly Gonzalez and Lisa Wimberger make up Lil Sum'n Sum'n, a duet born out of the collective projects of Kan'nal and Lunar Fire. It is an improvisational percussion-based psy-trance experience featuring a world beat made up of middle eastern, afro-cuban, african, and american influences. Hang drums, tablas, doumbeks, dounouns, congas, shakers, udus, drones, ballaphones, tap dancing, and even pots and pans drive rythyms that range from primal dance to meditational journeying.
