Nilakshy

This is a sample of my input from the album project called Amak-ı Hayal, which utilizes contemporary tools of composing music, reflecting the inspiration stimulated by the literary and spiritual influences of the book ‘Amak-ı Hayal’, written by Ahmed Hilmi of Filibe. This album is compiled by the works of independent Turkish electronica musicians, and we would like to thank Ferhat Yegül for his ney performances, which forms an important part of this project. 

Türkiye’den çeşitli bağımsız elektronika müzisyenlerinin kendi imkanlarıyla biraraya getirdiği, Filibeli Ahmed Hilmi’nin etkileyici romanı ‘Amak-ı Hayal’in üzerimizde yarattığı edebi ve ruhani tesiri çağdaş müzikal araçlarla yansıtma amacıyla ortaya çıkmış, ve aynı adı taşıyan albüm projesi kapsamında bana ait olan bestelerden bir örnek. Albümde önemli bir yer tutan ney kayıtları için Ferhat Yegül’e teşekkür ederiz.
