In this 4-track EP, we wander through the four great acts of daily life, in an imaginary realm suspended between fantasy and reality.

The March tells of workers gathering and walking side by side. In their diversity they reflect on their condition, share visions of the future, and nurture the hope of a better world. Step after step, they advance toward a colossal flying vessel.

In Blue Hour, they ascend into the machine, carried away on a voyage above the clouds. Bathed in the shifting colors of twilight, they surrender to dreams that stretch until dawn.

With the break of day comes Run Off The Mill. Ensnared in a system of relentless overproduction, they are condemned to repetitive, senseless tasks, each day echoing the last—efficiency devouring meaning.

At last, in Freed, the people reclaim themselves. It is a moment of disenthrallment, a release from the labor that consumes the greater part of life, leaving only fragments of time to truly live. With what remains, they ignite their final spark of the day—before once more preparing for The March.

Franciss99 is the new name Alexander Heming gave himself to explore his artistic adventures in record collecting, mixing and radio hosting. People in Paris London or Brussels might remember his late alter-ego "Kid Strike". Coming from a "rude boy" UK and US-(Ghetto)house" background, he was part of the "Freaks and Geeks" collective in the mid 2000's playing everything from UK garage to Baltimore club Beats over Ghetto Tech and dubstep. Don't forget his adventurous residency for the legendary Beyond parties in Fuse where he delved into his (deep)house and disco roots. Now all these foundations can be heard clearly in his current music selection and performance, but things got more deep, the kid has grown up. Back to June 28th of 2019 and a stellar line-up in both our rooms. C11 was bathing in rare and groovy house served by PLO Man, while absolute legend Terrence Dixon performed in our main room as Population One. Today we take you back to the Brussels duo that played just before Terrence: Different Fountains. Their cosmic tinted live set left us all flabbergasted, becoming one of the most popular nights among the entire C12 staff and many clubbers. A true highlight of 2019.

C12 is a multidisciplinary nightclub and platform run by the Deep in House collective, located in the heart of Brussels. It's a safe place where freedom, diversity, creativity and alternative culture are protected from the restrictive and normative outside world. The project was launched in February 2018 and includes concerts, art installations, lives, club nights and exhibitions.

The Corona crisis is keeping our doors closed and dancefloor empty for several weeks now, with no hopes yet on new line-ups and crowds of enthusiastic dancers. But this unprecedented situation isn’t holding us still. Continuing to support our local Brussels and Belgian electronic music scene, C12 is proud to announce its own label with 10 music compilations dubbed Social Distancing. All artists involved are Belgian or strongly connected to the Brussels scene. Confirmed are Le Motel, Stellar OM Source, A.Brehme, Front De Cadeaux, Davy, OCB Casa Voyager, Cabasa, Techno Thriller, Orphan Swords, Different Fountains, Bear Bones Lay Low, Gols, Hadone, ... and our residents Session 4000, Kafim & Chris Ferreira. Compilations will also be curated by female artists promoting platform ‘Psst Mlle’ and queer culture collective ‘Benediction’.

Each edition consists of a collection of several tracks and will be released every two weeks, leading to a total of approximately fifty tracks. All music will be available to add on your favorite streaming service Soundcloud, Youtube, Spotify (coming soon) and Bandcamp. In addition for each track we offer a limited amount of 500 free downloads through our Bandcamp page, where donations are also enabled for those who wish to support us and the artists involved.
