After 2 years of much collaboration and vibration DJ Hiphopapotamus & friends are super excited to present to you 2Steppin’ Up.

A compilation from the finest producers around with a vision to inject flavour into the music they love, UK Garage. Hippo & friends have taken that bass driven 2Steppin’ beat and brought the fusion it’s never known before. And boy they didn’t hold back on the global, ska, salsa and bhangra garage. 2Steppin’ up has taken garage to directions we didn’t know were possible, bringing you this compilation of 10 earth shaking UKG bombs.

As if that wasn’t enough to be proud of! All profits raised from 2Steppin’ Up will be donated to a charity that we love, Music 4 Children.
Who have been doing fantastic work bringing support and relief to some of the poorest and most underprivileged children in Nepal and the UK. From basic food and shelter to musical and creative workshops. The support and love Music 4 Children give is huge and we are so happy to be able to support them on their mission!

Kibosh makes a welcome return to Bombstrikes with two tracks that simply ooze with the funk. As always, the Aussie funk maestro has delivered the goods in his own inimitable style, keeping musicality high on the agenda whilst at the same time making things sound simple, which is no mean feat. First up 'Loopback' places horn stabs and vocals from Canadian legend Timothy Wisdom over funk guitar riffs and swinging bass grooves to pull the listener in, while the second track 'Fire' delivers a P-Funk-esque bass workout alongside elements of Jazz to devastating effect. Two tracks that walk the line between bass heavy goodness and funk perfectly and all done with a touch of class.

C@ In The H@ (pronounced: Cat in the Hat), DJ & Producer who creates a fusion of early twentieth century swing and jazz, and chunky twenty-first century beats with bouncy electronic bass.  

Hailing from Birmingham UK with an innovative style called "Swing with the Big Bass Sound", his DJ sets are about mashing it up and having fun, bringing you Electro Swing & Vintage Remix with aspects of Turntablism, DnB, House, Hip Hop, Dubstep & whatever else fits into the melting pot.  

He is also Director at Ragtime Records alongside Tom ESC (Electric Swing Circus) & Duke Skellington (Vaude Villainz).  His releases have seen him getting a number of Spotify editorial playlistings (including a no.1 spot), tracks in the top 10 on Beatport, and his remix of 'Swingin' Together' has been featured on no less than 3 best of Electro Swing compilations. As well as producing music for Ragtime Records, he has also had releases on Freshly Squeezed, Pedigree Cuts, Breakbeat Paradise Recordings, Ton Liebt Klang, & Greenqueen Music.   

Since 2012, his music has secured him gigs at the most exciting UK Festivals including Boomtown, Shambala, Secret Garden Party & Glastonbury; as well as seeing him playing gigs all across Europe, and further afield including UAE & Thailand.
