What’s good yall! My name is Christel I’ve been making music since I was about 15.. I love r&b and hip hop, I do get down with some country, jazz, blues and rock, really anything that has meaning and or tells a story. I believe that through music we can all connect and overcome a lot of the troubles that may come our way.. There really is so much power in music and in words in particular. I not only dabble in music but I also love spoken word! Some of my greatest influences as far as creating music are Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin’s, Nina Simone, Janet Jackson, Prince, Lauryn Hill, Erica Badu, Tupac, MC Lyte, Da Brat, Salt and Pepper, Fleetwood Mac, the Bee-gees, Marvin Gaye, Alicia Keys.. and so many more!!
