2pole are two music producers, djs and live performer from germany. with releases on suara, tronic music, phobiq, and many more, they started the project with breathtaking and beatport chart topping eps (6 weeks number 1 techno!) and some remixes.
as single techno acts (broombeck & mark deutsche) they produced and released tracks on labels such as terminal m, elevate, get physical, noir music, senso sounds, octopus, last night on earth, systematic, herzblut, and many many more.
both played as djs or live in clubs and on festivals like berghain (main floor) (ger), amsterdam dance event (nl), cocoon club (ger), woodstock nl, u60311 (ger), borderline (ch), flex (at), nature one (ger), lehmann club (ger), loft club (ger), magdalena (ger), to name a few.
in 2016 they founded 2pole - a new techno band.

[ ursula rucker ]
was born and raised in philadelphia, pennsylvania, where she was a graduate of temple university’s journalism program. she is of african-american and italian descent. rucker had been writing poetry since adolescence but kept her writings to herself until she read poetry in 1994, at philadelphia's zanzibar blue, which is credited as her debut.
that same year, rucker was invited to collaborate with numerous recording artists, and producers including wax tailor, king britt, 4hero, jamaaladeen tacuma, josh wink, alix perez and most notably the roots.
rucker garnered a reputation for unique poetry techniques and stage presence which were described as 'strong, vulnerable, wounded and raging'. king britt gave rucker recognition and invited her to create her first spoken-word recording, the 1994 club hit 'supernatural'. dance music fans and dj's quickly appreciated rucker's vocals and rhythm, which was described as 'mystical'. according to britt, while the original and remixes of supernatural were continually used in clubs widespread throughout the united states, internationally, the most popular mix of the song remains the a cappella.

suara is a label based in barcelona run by spanish dj/producer coyu since 2008 that has a reputation for great quality dance music. releases on the label come from talented stars in the house and techno worlds, often backed by stellar remixers. recent releases have once again raised the standard for the label so it's no surprise support often comes in from the likes of the biggest names on the scene.
now up to over 300 releases releases, the label is earning the respect from the whole scene. recently #1 most charted label of 2013, 2014 & 2016 on resident advisor's list, suara is going from strength to strength. quite simply! it's tasteful music made for maximum enjoyment on the dancefloor by some of the most interesting artists of the scene.
