LAST SONG WE DANCED TO is an EDM breakup story told in flashes of light and late-night calls & texts. It’s the sound of two people trying to hold onto the moment a little longer... pretending the night can rewind, pretending one more song might fix everything.

The tracks move like memory does.... soft at first, then heavy, then strangely beautiful. A mix of bittersweet melody, room-shaking drops, and that empty quiet you feel when the music stops and you realize you’re walking out alone. Re-introducing @choicevaughan and his sound So Far. 

Citing Apollo Brown and 9th Wonder as some of his musical influences, choicevaughan was raised on Christian pop music and 90s R&B. 

After taking a lengthy hiatus away from his sample-based production Choice returns from his world travels to his home in Auckland, New Zealand.

Senpu -  Give Me Company

You may heard of Senpu from his earlier releases on Laruche or Mellow Orange, but if you have not, perhaps this is a good time to get acquainted. 
Senpu is a 22 years young Parisian beatmaker who started his musical path when his parents enrolled him at the conservatory where he could learn to play guitar, violin and piano. 

At the age of 17 he felt the need to create his own music, and after performing live on stage a few times, he decided to focus more on making instrumentals, sampling records from Michael Jackson, Duke Ellington, Bob Marley to Stevie wonder.
"Give Me Company" is a story about his love for travelling, and to discover new cultures. It is imbued with an ample range of percussions and vocal samples, all of which are part of his field recordings - We definitely appreciate the intricate approach to his craft.
