Temporal Volumen 3 es la tercera entrega de la colección Temporal, un trabajo de recolección de sonidos de vanguardia de la periferia, experimentos que toman como base la mezcla de ritmos que son cotidianos en los barrios populares de Latinoamérica con técnicas de producción actuales como el sampling, el énfasis en el sub-bajo y el uso de herramientas digitales, resultando en una panorámica de la nueva música electrónica sudamericana.
Este álbum logra consolidar una propuesta y un proyecto que ha tomado forma gracias al apoyo y al trabajo de personas que se mueven por el amor a la música y a la identidad local. Por eso agradecemos a los productores que han formado parte de cada uno de los volúmenes de Temporal, admiramos y respetamos el trabajo que hacen, como también de todos los sellos que continúan resistiendo en la independencia cultural.

Chancha Via Circuito's new album "Amansara" is out on Sept 23rd through Wonderwheel (US + AUS/NZ), Crammed (EU) & Charcho (Latin America).


Argentian producer Pedro Canale aka Chancha Via Circuito returns from a three-year sojourn with his long awaited third album, Amansara.  Originally coming out of Buenos Aires's famed digital cumbia scene, Chancha has notoriously broken way outside those boundaries to forge unprecedented mergers between Brazilian rhythms, Paraguayan harp, Andean mysticism and the solitude of Argentinian folklore - all processed through his own futuristic style of post-dubstep.  Chancha's sound is without question truly unique and instantly recognizable to the point he has become a key reference point for an entire crop of artists that have begun to carry his genes. 

Hailed by the Washington Post, the New York Times, Pitchfork, NPR and countless others, Chancha Via Circuito defies even the shrewdest of marketing geniuses.  On one hand, he is something of a cult artist within micro-circles of electronic music, having been invited to perform at Montreal's MUTEK as well as the Roskilde and Vive Latino Festivals. At the same time, Chancha's music has found broad appeal outside of the avant-garde, most notably his magnificent remix of José Larralde's "Quimey Neuquén" which was heavily featured in 2013 as part of the final season of the critically acclaimed television series Breaking Bad. Fans of the show undoubtedly remember Walter White burying his millions in the desert, soundtracked by the wide and gentle grooves of Chancha Via Circuito.

Amansara is a natural progressing of Chancha's special strain of electronic South America. Lead single "Coplita" features the haunting vocals of previous collaborator Miram Garcia, while "Sueno En Paraguay" merges Andean folklore sounds with bleeps and blips and pounding drums in a way that sounds completely natural and ordained. "Jardines" features the driving vocals of Lido Pimienta merging with heavy synths, percussion and bells into an unforgettable track, while both "Tarocchi" and "Guajaca" ramp things up into deep, electronic dancefloor inna rainforest territory.

After the release of Amansara, the third LP from Argentinian neo-folklore producer and one of the leaders of the new Latin electronic sound, Chancha Via Circuito returns with Amansara Remixed, featuring brand new and inventive re-imaginings of the tracks from the albums artists hand selected by Chancha from Latin America and beyond. Artists include Frikstailers, Thornato, Tremor, Maga Bo, King Coya, Psilosamples, El Búho, El Remolón Nicola Cruz, Rafael Aragon, Blocktreat, Prisma, Reptilian Commander, Barrio Lindo, Sidirum and Chancha himself, under his previous alias "Universildo".  The result of this selection is a powerful and experimental album where the unique sounds of Chancha dare to travel to new latitudes, catalyzed by the wide ranging vision of the remixers.

The album also features the special participation of Acampante, an Argentiniam multifaceted artist, who was encouraged to remix the original artwork ( Paula Duró's "Madadayo" ) in a fresh and fun way.

In 2015, after 10 years of recording and touring through over 50 cities in five different countries, electronic folk duo Lulacruza released Orcas, their critically-acclaimed fifth studio album, and most intimate work to date. To make the recording, Lulacruza traveled from their native South America to Orcas Island in the Pacific Northwest, crafting a both delicate and powerful album, which has garnered critical acclaim from Gilles Peterson to the Huffington Post, who wrote, “As musical alchemists, [Alexandra] Ortiz and [Luis] Maurette have achieved a harmonious balance between organic and inorganic sounds, creating a truly shamanic sonic journey.” 

January 15th, 2016 will mark the release of the first volume of Orcas Remixed, for which Lulacruza invited a select group of internationally renowned electronic music producers from across the globe to remix and rework their pristine, hyper-acoustic songs. The remixes will be released in five volumes of four remixes each through a “pay-what-you-want” download model, matching up producers from a wide range of genres and collectives, including digital cumbia from Argentina, New Mexican desert techno, transformational jungle kirtan and more. 

Orcas Remixed Vol. 2 includes remixes by Chancha Via Circuito, David Last, King Coya and MI. Other volumes feature remixes by Nicola Cruz, El Buho, SaQi, and Sleepers Work, Desert Dwellers, Paul Feathericci, San Ignacio, David Last, Montoya, EVHA and more. 

Lulacruza is releasing Orcas Remixed in collaboration with Colorado-based label, Black Swan Sounds. Since 2011, BSS has pursued a new vision for global music and has been a leader in the yoga and devotional electronic music scene, a unique match for Lulacruza’s deep roots of electronic folklore and ancestrally rooted music. Says Black Swan Minister of Music Joel Davis, “As a listener, I’ve been a fan of Alejandra and Luis’ music for several years, and as someone working in the record industry, I’ve admired their out-of-the-box, DIY approach. Given Black Swan’s aim to create a new paradigm for the 21st century record label, teaming up with Lulacruza on the Orcas Remixed project feels like a natural fit.”

La repetición de la historia se hace presente; pues como el violinista Paganini hiciera un pacto con Belcebú, el Satánico Dr Trvza hizo lo mismo y le entrega al señor de la obscuridad  estos tracks de pura Kumbia Obscura. 
https://soundcloud.com/satanico-doctortruza es un Dj/Productor de México cuya propuesta está influenciada por la cultura del Sonidero y la Cumbia Digital Sonidera que hacen exponentes como: Turbo Sonidero, el Cifickzer, Orihuela MSS y Arrabalero. Es así como nace Satanisimo EP, en donde pueden encontrar cinco temas llenos de cumbia “rasposa”, bajos grotescos y sintetizadores alucinantes (cual si fueran gritos del mismo infierno). 
El primer track que suena se llama “Satanisimo” y es una especie de intro para que el espectador vaya preparando el “blunt” y prepare el vuelo que hará en los próximos cuatro temas. El segundo tema se titula “No Supe Como Ponerle” y aun sigue sin saber qué nombre “chido” puede ponerle. El tercer tema se llama: “La Queretana Style”, el cual es un feat con hermano de barrio Carrillo Stereo, cuyo trabajo esta enfocado en hacer cumbias desde el barrio y para el barrio. El cuarto tema se llama: “Matando la Liga” y no es nada de otro mundo sólo un sintetizador alucinante que no para en ningún momento. Por último está “Jantur” que es una adaptación y apropiación cumbiera del drama “Hantour”.

Caballito da a luz en una cálida Granada en septiembre de 2010, fruto del reencuentro entre Bigote y Grita, dos auténticos exploradores y recicladores de los ritmos latinoamericanos.
Pioneros en nuestro país en esta corriente ElecTropical que poco a poco va invadiendo todo el globo, empiezan sus andadas publicando varias mixtapes en su propia web y en distintos blogs del subterráneo movimiento. Pronto decidirían ilustrar sus mezclas con una explosión de gifs animados, vídeos y colores estridentes y muy chillones (creados por ellos, son también apasionados de la imagen), creando así un entorno psicodélico, divertido y uniforme. Fue entonces cuando Grita y Bigote decidieron lanzarse a la producción estableciendo su propio netlabel, siguiendo la línea de la licencia libre (Creative Commons). De esta forma, todo lo publicado en Caballito, ya sean producciones suyas o de otros artistas, fluye libremente por la red.

Caballito is born in Granada, in September 2010, when Daniel aka Bigote and David aka Grita meet again. It was a while since these two guys were checking out traditional Latino-American rhythms and discovering the Digital Cumbia, new Tropical style emerging all around the world.
Caballito, pioneer in our Country within this musical current, started publishing mixtapes in his own web and in different blogs, with the intention of breaking our hips. But quickly this world was too small for them, so they started to flood us with videos and psychedelic gifs. Was at that time when Grita y Bigote jumped into production creating their own netlabel, whose phylosophy follow the free licence idea. All the stuff published - their own productions and the collaborators’ ones - all flow freely through the web.
