The Peruvian Sacrilejio Records, based in Lima, surfaced on the digital worldwide underground scene in late 2020 with the debut v/a compilation called Expiation, a remarkable selection of state-of-the-art club music tracks with Latin influences by artists such as WULFFLUW XCIV, Bungalovv, Wrack, Syntrovert, Shyqa, and many more. Reportedly, the label set out to support club sounds from the Global South decrypting and blending Latinx hauntology and contemporary electronic music deconstruction.

The futuristic framework in which Sacrilejio moves allows them to incorporate variegated, deterritorialized influenced into their research around the interaction between local, traditional rhythmic figures and the worldwide electronic music vanguard. Their second outing on their path is represented by the Coffin Sounds EP, produced by the Portuguese producer and DJ Mesqit, coming with artwork by the stunning Russian musician and visual artist Digitonica and mastering by Alexis Cotrina.

Based in Porto, Mesqit started releasing music back in 2017 with the self-released Concord EP, all the way to his latest Human Feelings release out on February 2021. His focus has always been on the hybridization of different musical traditions, from Jamaican dub to middle eastern strings. On this occasion, the producer set out to showcase genres such as reggaeton, baile funk, and the so-called techrreo style, by means of an investigation into the texts of ancient Egyptian coffin effigies.

Releasing on September 23, the five tracks focus on a young man whose story begins with their premature demise, and then goes through the mummification process, until finally culminating with the rebirth they've been yearning for. From a musical point of view, the outcome is a lively ensemble of rhythms, instruments, and manipulated samples that well translates the tales of a perilous journey into different moods and settings.

Also, to complement the original compositions, two remixes of the closing track Rebirth have been included, one by the UK artist Galtier, and the other by the Tormenta-affiliated hardcore DJ and producer FKOFF1963. Today, we're indeed happy to exclusively premiere the rework by the latter: the Brazilian artist delivers one of the usual club bangers we've become accustomed to thanks to years of over-the-top explorations into hardcore genres, adding the final, energetic touch to a piece of already eventful music. AMANTRA DJ y musicx venezolana con amplia trayectoria en la escena Colombiana y ocho años de experiencia como DJ.  Parte de “INSURGENTES”. Tambien hace parte de "BULTO" colectivo queer Colombiano de fiestas orientadas a la celebración de la comunidad LGTBIQ. 

Sus producciones abarcan desde interpretaciones de musica ambient hasta electro y techno, siempre con ritmos marcados, con melodias atonales y llenas de poliritmos. En esta entrega AMANTRA comparte una vision de la musica de club latina deconstruyendo géneros como el tribal techno, electro,vogue, reggeton y raptor house.  tres tracks con alta energía pensados para bailar con intensidad. Navegando paisajes sonoros brillantes y sorpresivos, extremadamente percutívos. 

El ep esta configurado como una colección de HECHIZOS destinados a la materialización mediante la danza. TTTD1 pone en ambivalencia la conexión entre el techno y el reggeton, TTTD2 hace uso de voces manipuladas digitalmente y vogueo deconstruido para transitar un paisaje sensorial eufórico y desenfrenado. El tercer hechizo TTTD3 esta lleno de melodías sentimentales, junto a baterias en las que confluyen en armonía influencias de electro, dembow y raptor house, todos destinados a la materialización de los deseos.

Nuestra segunda compilación, la Fundación Internacional de Fiesterxs, es una espiral percusiva de mutaciones del club basadas en variantes locales del tribal house, conocida como Guaracha, Aleteo y Zapateo. La compilación es una exploración de las experimentaciones modernas en la música de club tribal emergente, con un lineup de artistxs internacionales representadxs por Colombia, México, Argentina, Uruguay,  los Países Bajos, el Reino Unido y los Estados Unidos. La compilación presenta tres Guaracherxs: Andre E. Hoyos (Medellín), Yeison Martin (Bogotá), Ed Reyes (Estado de México), además de productores de música de club latine basadxs ​​en Internet que han creado sus propias interpretaciones de Guaracha.

Caballito da a luz en una cálida Granada en septiembre de 2010, fruto del reencuentro entre Bigote y Grita, dos auténticos exploradores y recicladores de los ritmos latinoamericanos.
Pioneros en nuestro país en esta corriente ElecTropical que poco a poco va invadiendo todo el globo, empiezan sus andadas publicando varias mixtapes en su propia web y en distintos blogs del subterráneo movimiento. Pronto decidirían ilustrar sus mezclas con una explosión de gifs animados, vídeos y colores estridentes y muy chillones (creados por ellos, son también apasionados de la imagen), creando así un entorno psicodélico, divertido y uniforme. Fue entonces cuando Grita y Bigote decidieron lanzarse a la producción estableciendo su propio netlabel, siguiendo la línea de la licencia libre (Creative Commons). De esta forma, todo lo publicado en Caballito, ya sean producciones suyas o de otros artistas, fluye libremente por la red.

Caballito is born in Granada, in September 2010, when Daniel aka Bigote and David aka Grita meet again. It was a while since these two guys were checking out traditional Latino-American rhythms and discovering the Digital Cumbia, new Tropical style emerging all around the world.
Caballito, pioneer in our Country within this musical current, started publishing mixtapes in his own web and in different blogs, with the intention of breaking our hips. But quickly this world was too small for them, so they started to flood us with videos and psychedelic gifs. Was at that time when Grita y Bigote jumped into production creating their own netlabel, whose phylosophy follow the free licence idea. All the stuff published - their own productions and the collaborators’ ones - all flow freely through the web.
