Another ancient non-hard house mix of mine and one I've never really given out before now. Around 2005 I got really into funky house when the filtered 80s sample sound was booming and this is pretty much all my favourites from that era. The first 3 are the most commercial ones but there's a few lesser-known ones too!

The story behind the name is that I actually did this mix for my mother. Her trainer at the gym had told her to get some club mix CDs for exercising to at home, and I came home from work once to find her doing aerobics to a 155bpm hard house mix I'd done! So I decided to put together something a little more, ahem, "appropriate" for arthritic middle-aged women. Haha :D
