AbandonTunez 4 a Ya SOUL to open some SOLMUs. Live-bootleg, recorded by a friend from the mixer with Good ol' MiniDisc RW. Year was 2003 and the party vas 'Palikkatesti'. Meno was epic.

SOLMU* was 'Lemon Slide' + 'Savupiippu-Ukko' as a trio.

And on that live set they brought full ATX-tower PC's and 17" CRT monitors along  with their full MIDI-gear. For more complex live VST(i)'s, laptops didn't have enough juice.

The live-layers on this still melt my merry brain and undress my socks. As I cannot do nothing but smile and wiggle my butt. Yes, I may dance.

This was a bucket list moment for us. Getting invited to drop a JUNGLE mix on the world's longest running DnB radio show, THE PROPHECY, while we chatted with host, MR BROWN, in the studio. We used to listen to this show back when we were teenagers and it had a big impact on us. 

We start out with some proper '94 goodness, then work our way up through the years, into some NEW JUNGLE vibes, with Canadian producers and Toronto Jungle anthems sprinkled throughout. Expect tracks by CAPITAL J, COMFORT ZONE, MARCUS VISIONARY, RMS, RUMBLETON, SIXTEENARMEDJACK, SLIP & SLIDE, and ya boi's, RAVE ALARM, including an UNRELEASED DUBPLATE.

Hi, i'm Dave, from Coventry, and i started djing way back in 1990, while still at school, inspired by legends Sasha and Carl Cox after listening to sets, given to me from older friends!

 I spent a lot of my time during the early 90's at the legendary club Eclipse, in Coventry, where i met lots of fantastic people including some of the finest dj's around at the time, doing a couple of sets in Marco Polo, Birmingham. I also ventured across the midlands, clubbing wise, to places including Shelleys, Institute and Coast 2 Coast.

 After 5 years, i fell out of love with the scene, seeing as it was changing and not to my liking, to be honest and in 1995 i gave up raving and djing. Kept my vinyl, though, just in case!!

 Got back into it in 2006 after listening to online radio playing a lot of oldskool, and thought i'd give it another go. Not had the confidence to play out again, since but you never know.....
