We like to call this style of house rock house as it incorporates rock n' roll sounds into a groovy dancefloor track.  It starts hot out of the gate with a filtered build that releases into a groovy house rhythm at 0:46.  You'll notice the booming kick and choppy guitar sounds followed by a cheeky baseline that drops at 1:05. The main build at 2:51 utilizes whimsical guitar sounds and guitar soloing like a classic rock track then drops you back into the kick at 3:51.
