Julian Perez was born in Valencia, Spain in 1982. There he developed a love for electronic music in the early 90's. Influenced by the old school house grooves, he shaped his style with Imports from Detroit, San Francisco and Chicago.

In the last couple of years, Perez has crafted some great music for labels like Leftroom, Lowpitch, Recycle and Frankfurt based Two.Birds Records, and last year joined Steve Lawler's VIVa Warriors crew, DJing at label showcases around London, Berlin, Switzerland, Miami, Ibiza... 

Julien currently runs the Fathers & Sons label, an underground house/techno vinyl-only label, already behind the new version of the classic 'Night Train' track and four other releases...

Like the title of the track implies, “Ambient” is designed to deliver a relaxed state of mind. This dubby cut is built around a steady beat flavoured with long pads and deep background layers, to which a subtle grainy effect is added. Reverberating percussion elements also come into focus, creating an organic soundtrack for one’s emotions.
