Influenced by dance music in the mid 2000’s with radio shows online is what got Asraar hooked and made him pursue it as a career . His sounds are crafted through spectrums that layer Deep, Melodic & driving Progressive House. 

Asraar has played well defined early & closing sets to Nick Warren, Sebastien Leger, Dmitry Molosh, Stan Kolev & More, along with his recent open to close at The Tao Terraces in Bangalore. 

Giving back to the nightlife is what gave life to Nights Of Hedone, an audio visual project that's a brainchild of Weird Sounding Dude, Mantis Shrimp Creative & himself. Host of a weekly radio show Reflections, he’s also been at work in his studio on his originals.

Aruna Upul AKA ‘DJ Ultra’ is a versatile and dynamic DJ personality from the island of Sri Lanka. Ultra first entered the DJ scene in Colombo, Sri Lanka as a mobile DJ in 2002.
Ultra then soon progressed to the next level, when he assumed the role of Resident DJ at the trendy Mix Bar of the Taj Samudra Hotel in Colombo and later at the very popular ‘Library’ Club at the Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel Colombo. Using his vast knowledge and experience as both a Mobile and Resident Club DJ, it was in 2010 that Ultra began a new journey as a techno and minimal based artiste and DJ.
Today, with over 1000 DJ bookings and gigs under his sleeve, Ultra has evolved a distinct sound that has made him one of the most popular and in demand DJs on the island. His unique brand of music has the pulling power to draw music hungry crowds. Ultra is well known for his techno and minimal genre based, live and prepared sets. Ultra’s ability to read the crowd and identify trending sounds complemented by his very own, down to earth, humble personality, have made him a definite crowd favourite.
Ultra’s versatility extends from headlining large festivals and commercial events to powering small underground gigs and corporate functions.
Ultra has appeared alongside many global DJ industry names including Mark Knight, Sébastien Léger, Nick Warren, Jeremy Olander, Grum, Max Graham, Andrea Bertolini, Plastic Robots, Manuel De La Mare, Paul Thomas, Olivier Giacomotto, Guy Mantzur, Dmitry Molosh, Roger Martinez, Matter, Ziger, Luigi Rocca, Kolombo, Fehrplay, Ramiro Lopez, Nakadia, George Privatti, Pavel Petrov, GAGA, Mateo, The YellowHeads, Matt Sassari, D-Deck, D-Unity to name but a few. Ultra has also appeared at a number of prominent Sri Lankan music events such as Booka Booka, Area Mirissa and Fantasia 2014 - 2018. Ultra continues to be a regular guest artist on local FM radio shows including the highly rated ‘Underground Therapy’ sessions.
In 2015 Ultra launched the ‘Detroit Connection’ a Techno based record label focused on promoting underground artists and live events. At each performance Ultra brings a special energy to the dance floor that captures the spirit and moment of the music. Hoomidaas Records is the record label of the DJ/artist/producer/multi-instrumentalist Armen Miran. The word Hoomidaas is a stylized acronym for the phrase “who made us”, paying homage to how past narratives shape the present moment. Armen states, "I would not be who I am if it wasn’t for my past." This shows that he holds a deep respect for experiential knowledge above all else and intends to capture that through this label venture. Furthermore, when isolated as “hoom” in Armenian it means “raw” and when artists are invited to be a part of Hoomidaas releases Armen asks them to imagine what the raw part of the sun (the other side of the sun that we cant see) would look like. He loves to challenge their perspectives and hear what experiential wisdom emanates from his fellow creators. 
 
The music, artists, and artwork/design are a huge priority for Armen. His mission is to hand-craft every aspect of Hoomidaas adding to its memorable intrigue via his experiences travelling and playing shows. He tells us that, "a few years ago I played a 12 hour set surrounded by the most beautiful artwork all over the walls of the space. That space is called Rambalkoshe. Since then we have been collaborating with Rambalkoshe and they’re who made our vision and art design come to life for many of the illustrations associated with the label." The synchronistic nature of the partnerships he embarks on are a strong indicator that intuition combined with drive can take you somewhere truly magical. 
 
Currently the label works with a handful of artists. They have each of their artists release a mix on their mix series called “Midaas” which comes out every two months. Additionally the label releases bi-annual compilations, one in the summer called “Hoom Side of the Sun” and one for the winter called “Hoom Side of the Moon”.
