Aho 🌿 Today we wanna share a very special song with you: „Medicina“ is not just unique because it was born at the foot of the Himalayas, but especially due to our honorable guest „Gran Maestra Aime Vargas Davila“. You know, she’s not a regular vocalist. She’s a Curandera, a traditional healer, deeply rooted in the indigenous knowledge. The vocals you‘re hearing are „Icaros“: Sacred chantings and prayers with a healing intention 🪬

These recordings came to us through a chain of coincidences and luckily we could get into touch with Gran Maestra. Which was not an easy quest as she’s living a remote and devoted life. Thanks to Daniela Riojas we were able to get in touch with her and present our song and the plan to release it. Luckily she liked the result and green lighted the release, also because the song and the embedded Icaro has the ability to sonically reach many people across the globe, eventually sharing its healing informations. May „Medicina“ give you clarity as it gave us while producing it 🪶
