Plus for the final part he's joined by filmmaker Pablo Aravena the director of the forthcoming Chile Estyle about street art and grafitti in Chile and they play tracks from the soundtrack made by Chilean producer DJ Raff.

Another show traversing the spectrum of music from Latin America and beyond - this month with forays into the Ecuadorian Andes with a track from the amazing new album from Humazapas and contemporary Ecuadorian sounds with new music from Joaquin Cornejo and Kaifo plus brand new music from El Búho, Killabeatmaker, Novalima, Ana Tijoux and Nickodemus featuring the Candela All Stars as well as two new tracks featuring Pahua - one with Montoya and the other with Scottish producer Vardi. Plus Cal speaks with Valentina and Elisabeth - producers of ‘My Uncle is Not Pablo Escobar’ and the Latin X Brixton Festival about their cultural work and activism.

Recién regresado de su paso por la Red Bull Music Academy Borchi cierra el 2015 con un EP de tracks originales que surge a partir de los experimentos realizados en su viaje a París. En estos tracks Borchi lleva su característica sampleadelia tropical a una explosión de hip hop instrumental lleno de trompetas y bajos gruesos que se sienten como si una caravana de carnaval entrara a retumbar el sistema de sonido del club.

El sencillo “Vodú!” es un hip hop que navega en una atmósfera de percusiones y metales de funk de “marching band” de Nuevo Orleans creando un groove que conecta el mundo del global bass con el de maximalistas del hip hop como Public Enemy o RJD2.

Por su parte “Silva” lleva un irreverente y alegre silbido al mundo del hip hop tropical poderoso con un collage tanto de sonidos selváticos como de sintetizadores descontrolados.

Cal Jader is one of the musical activists behind London Latin cultural protagonists Movimientos and co-host of one of London's finest tropical / global bass parties Love Carnival. With his trademark blend of latin beats, carnival rhythms and fresh global sounds he is helping to soundtrack London's underground music scene with regular sets across the capital, as well as around the UK and Europe. 
He's also played at clubs and festivals around the globe as far afield as Mexico City, Beirut, Bogota, Kuala Lumpar, Istanbul, and a 10 date tour all around Brazil in Rio, Salvador, Brasilia and at carnival in Recife. In the UK he's played everywhere from festivals like Bestival and Glastonbury as well as closing WOMAD in Fuerteventura, and has shared stages with world class live acts like Manu Chao, Bomba Estereo, Novalima, and Calle 13 as well as Chico Trujillo and La Yegros. He continues to champion the new generation of producers from Latin American and has played alongside the likes of El Búho, Chancha Via Circuito, DJ Raff, Kaleema and Uji.
