Roulette Rekordz has been a home for misfits, freaks and special characters since its creation. So when Nachtwald sent me his demo, I immediately felt a connection.

Johnny Hoorneboeg is a bit of a mystery to me, he seems rather young and quite shy but his music sounds like from a veteran from the Bunker/Den Haag crew. He does not talk much and does not use social media but acts in a goofy troll-esque way. I dont know much else, he seems to spend all his time doing music in his home of Nieuw-Loosdrecht.

At least you can tell he's coming from The Netherlands... but he sounds more like the sweaty nights of the dirty brown and miserable city than the trendy parties of the capital.

6 tracks of 5 AM music, when the dancefloor is cleared and you only see ghosts through a wall of smoke pulsating to music you never heard before but always knew about...

This vital charity, founded by British Palestinian Dr. Ghassan Abu-Sittah, provides critical medical care to children in Gaza, transports them to Lebanon for advanced treatment, and supports their ongoing recovery.

The Ghassan Abu Sittah Children's Fund is dedicated to offering medical, psychological, and social care to the most vulnerable children, easing the pressure on Gaza's fragile healthcare system, and paving the way for a brighter future.

As mentioned earlier, 100% of the proceeds from the sales of this album will go directly to the charity, including all production costs as well. By purchasing digital or physical copies, you are directly supporting the charity and, therefore, vulnerable children who are in desperate need of vital medical care. No child should ever be robbed of their future.

Gladio Operations closes 2024 with its tenth release, which bears the signature of the German producer Elektrotechnik.

This EP, entitled Kontrast, comprises three original tracks and two remixes. The A-side starts with Sigma, a rogue track with light trance touches and an appropriate psychedelic bass line. 
Russian producer Larionov returns to Gladio and gifts us his fantastic vision of Sigma, turning it into a more energetic piece destined exclusively for the hottest dancefloors. 
Side A ends with Kontrast, a track of aggressive rhythms and moulded with powerful dark textures.

On the B-side, we encounter Die Bestie, perhaps the most robust track and possessor of disturbing and tenebrous harmonies, an enigmatic journey with no return. 
The owners of the UHF label get back on track by creating remixes, being in charge of closing the EP, and offering us a deeper and more cosmic approach than the original track.

X-Truder - drumWERK EP [Strange But Dance Music // SBDM004]

As our fourth release we are extremely excited to present an EP from Leszek Romaniak, hiding under X-Truder, a Polish artist currently based in the UK.
Since childhood, music has always had an important place in Leszek's life. As a teenager he was into rap, breakdancing and graffiti, sometimes listening to Kraftwerk, Aphex Twin and Photek. It was around that time that turntables and scratching/vinyl playing caught his attention, but it was Dave Clarke and his techno-electro DJ sets that blew Leszek's mind. Then he decided he wanted to do it too and immersed himself in electronic music: Umek, Chris Liebing, DJ Hell, Hacker, Dopplereffekt. Eventually Leszek bought a pair of Technics 1210s and started collecting vinyl records and DJing. He did this for almost 20 years under different names. Obviously the next step was to produce music, but he didn't take it seriously until 2018 when he started «X-Truder».

We've always been deeply captivated by his unbridled pure energy of ripping beats and rhythms with a strong edge of distortion and timbral diversity. Which is also what our release confirms. Literally with German machine precision, Leszek builds his powerfully effective structures and imagery, at the same time that have a fundamentally wild and unbridled energy emanating from the drums.
