This track has quite a (hi)story:

over one year ago it was planned as a collab of me & Rik (aka https://soundcloud.com/soulmetricsystem )from Eindhoven, Netherlands. Rik send me a great hook line on rhodes, sweet section horns & some additional rhythms and I developed a basic composition out of his fine material. The track had been never released.

Recently, I listened again to it and then asked Rik to overwork it & invite another fine musician to improve the second half of the tune:
must have been Julien Apelian ( https://soundcloud.com/jules-keys-1 ) from Lyon, France for me - and he gladly joined with enthusiasm!
Julien is an extraordinaire french keysman & producer of a superb range of music - always professional and unselfish in his gorgeous collab works. We've teamed up a few times on his works, now it was about time to do that on a work of mine. His rhodes solo and the following outro synth solo are most pleasing for my ears - hope you'll give him full applause as well :-)

Without Rik & Julien, this piece would never have been released - so please give them your appreciation by listening to their fantastic music as well.

Calaminus was a one-man-project from Germany, producing original works of groove-orientated instrumental music between 2009 - 2021. 
Its main focus was on genres like Funk, Fusion, (Acid/Nu)Jazz and Groove Pop, sometimes enriched by diverse ethnic influences of our Worlds' Music.
