It is clear from their slang and accents that the Vanities are, at their heart, a London band. To the uninitiated, the music may sound like four boys screaming "I Ain't Calling You a Liar But...", "V is for Vanity" or "Meet Me in the Bathroom". However, to those that have grown up listening to British bands like the Kooks and Arctic Monkeys, it will be clear that the Vanities' witty songs about London's nightlife, failed relationships and posing 'Shoegazers' will not only be the most relatable tunes, but also the most sarcastic.
